The glass enclosures that have a blind to prevent the passage of light require a winding of blind tape, the tape that allows the lifting and lowering of said blind.

These tape windings are housed in blind boxes that are preferably fixed in a profile that establishes the transition between the work and the enclosure. This is the profile that we will call the work profile.

The work profile has an exposed surface on which there is a window or opening where the box is inserted. The box is screwed to the visible surface of the profile either with frontal support or with posterior support. These two mounting possibilities require that bolted fixing is possible without using two different box configurations.

The use of two different box configurations requires the manufacture of two different pieces with different molds.

The oldest solution consists in incorporating perforated lugs connected to the box through a breakable base in the box.

The support of the box on the back (unseen) side of the work profile requires a frontal screw that goes through the profile first and then reaches the box. In reality, a co-planar support flap is reached on the profile.

The thickness of the flap that emerges from the case is not sufficient to ensure the connection between the screw and the fin, hence the presence of a perforated pin which is the one that houses a sufficiently long section of the screw threaded stud.

The presence of this stud is the one that makes frontal fixation difficult, which is why the stud is breakable to allow its removal. The installer breaks the pin by the base, for example with the help of pliers or a saw and leaves only the flap of the box.

Under these conditions, with the flap of the box resting frontally on the profile, the screw first passes through the fin of the box and then the work profile (which is preferably metallic). It is on the metal profile where the threaded stud establishes the fixation.

This fixing mechanism has the disadvantage that the surface generated in the break is not a smooth surface and there is no control over how it is. It also requires an important effort on the part of the installer to get his break.

The present invention establishes a means of fixation between the box and the profile of the enclosure that makes use of an additional removable piece with particular means of linking between said piece and the box. This bonding is carried out in such a way that it allows to have a box for two types of assembly with an equally good finish in any of them and faster adaptation than that achieved in the state of the art.

Description of the invention

The present invention consists of joining means for roller shutter boxes that allow bolted fixing between the box and the work profile.

The blind box has a fin with a screw-hole perforation, the screw of the union screwed between the box and the work profile.

This fin is intended to be located adjacent to the surface of the work profile. When the fixation between the box and the work profile is done by inserting the case frontally, the fixation is carried out by first passing the screw through the fin and then reaching the work profile, preferably metallic, where the threading and fixing occurs. definitive.

When the fixation between the box and the work profile is done by inserting the box through the back of the work surface, the fixing is carried out using an additional piece that we will call a removable intermediate piece. According to the invention, the blind box has retaining means of a removable intermediate piece: and, the removable intermediate piece in turn has a perforation intended to receive the screw threaded stud.

In this case, when the intermediate piece is present, the threaded bolt of the screw first crosses the work profile and threads in the perforation of the removable intermediate piece.

The different ways of linking the removable intermediate piece with the box resulting from combining the dependent claims 2 to 5 are considered included by reference in this description. Likewise, the assemblies resulting from combining the inclusion of a chassis and a bezel covered by claims 6 to 7, where these assemblies always incorporate the joining means of the invention, are considered included by reference in this description. The present specification is complemented, with a set of drawings, illustrative of the preferred example and never limiting of the invention.

Figure 1a shows in section an exemplary embodiment of an assembly formed by a box with the removable intermediate piece, the chassis with the blind tape winding, and a bezel. The same figure includes an extension of detail, Figure 1b, of the joining means according to this first embodiment.

Figure 2 shows in perspective half a box according to the previous example with the intermediate piece removed to observe the means of linking between this intermediate piece and the box.

Figures 3a and 3b are perspectives with top and bottom views of the intermediate piece used in the same embodiment.

Figure 4 is a view like that of Figure 2 where the intermediate piece is now inserted and fixed in the box in its final position.

Figure 5 is a partial section of the box without the intermediate piece to allow a closer look at the parts involved in the joints of the fin area.

Figure 6 is a perspective view of the embellisher used in this example of embodiment observed from the internal part (the one not seen in its operative position) that allows to visualize the means of linking with the box and that allow the regulation of its insertion.

Figures 7a and 7b are equivalent to Figure 1 where the section of the work profile is now shown. Figure 7a shows the subsequent installation with respect to the work profile and Figure 7b shows the front installation on the work profile. The present invention relates to means of connection between a box of blind tape and the work profile that receives the box. The joining means according to the invention allow the box to be installed both frontally and behind the surface view of the work profile.

The detailed exposition of the invention will be carried out on an exemplary embodiment such as that shown in section, Figures 1a and 1b.

Figure 1a shows a box (1) that internally incorporates a chassis (3). This chassis (3) is the one that supports an axle and a clutch (7) to maintain the tension of the winding of the blind tape (8).

The chassis (3) also incorporates a rocker (3.1) that guides the exit of the blind tape (8).

The assembly is covered externally by means of a trim (4) that conceals the mechanism. The trim (4) according to the exemplary embodiment has adjustment means in its fixation that allow the irregularities of the surface on which it rests not to give rise to a bad seat. The fixation of the trim (4) allows the seat to adapt to these possible irregularities. Although the invention consists of the means of connection between the box

(1) and the work profile (5), the fixation of the bezel (4) with regulation capacity interferes in this example of embodiment in the configuration and designed so that there is no interference in the functionality of both technical solutions. These aspects of the relationship between the constructive solutions that refer to both technical aspects will be described later.

The invention makes use of a technical solution based on the use of a removable intermediate part (2).

Figures 7a and 7b show the two possibilities of joining between the box assembly (1) and the profile

(5) of work, in Figure 7a it is shown when the installation is later and in Figure 7b when the installation is frontal. The front installation dispenses with the removable intermediate piece (2) and the subsequent installation requires the connection between the box (1) and the intermediate piece (2) as if they were both a single piece.

Figures 1a and 1b show the configuration of the box (1) when the intermediate piece (2) is present. Although the work profile (5) has not been represented, the separation (E) or space that forces its presence has been respected.

The removable intermediate piece (2) provides the presence of a hole (2.1) that houses the threaded stud of the screw (6) used for fixing. In this exemplary embodiment, the perforation (2.1) is in a stud whose base is the one that is adjusted adjacent to the flap (1.1) of the box (1) where the perforation (1.1.1) of the screw passage (6) is present ) de fi xation.

This is the way by which the screw (6) can be fixed by means of its thread since otherwise it would not have enough seat to thread.

In turn, the removable intermediate piece (2) is jointly and severally linked to the box (1). This linkage is established in this exemplary embodiment by means of a guided coupling that ends in a retention by clipping.

The guided coupling is achieved by the presence of guide rails (1.4) in the box (1) where the complementary guides (2.3) of the intermediate piece (2) enter. In this embodiment, the guides

(2.3) and the guide rails (1.4) have a mainly circular section.

The insertion of the intermediate piece (2) consists of a linear displacement until the base of the stud where the screw housing (2.1) is located (6) is in contact with the fin (1.1) of the box (1).

Once the insertion of the intermediate piece has reached final assumption, there is a retention by clipping. In this exemplary embodiment, the clipping is achieved by the presence of a tongue (2.2) with access by the installer or operator from outside the box (1). Although it would be possible to access the tongue (2.2) from inside the box (1), the removal of the intermediate piece (2) would require it to be removed from the chassis (3) and to disassemble the assembly formed by the box (1), the chassis (3) and the bezel (4). In practice, what matters is to be able to operate with the complete set, at least the one formed by the box (1) and the chassis (3), since this is how the installer manipulates this device at the time of its fixation to the profile ( 5) of work.

In this exemplary embodiment, the tongue (2.2) that allows clipping is a flexible tongue (2.2) whose anchor root at the base of the intermediate piece (2) intended to be adjacent to the fin (1.1) of the case (1) , and the other end, stands out to be accessible to the operator who wants to remove the intermediate piece (2) from the box.

The flexible tongue (2.2) has a stop (2.2.1) in the form of a protrusion that tends to emerge against the surface where the insertion into the case (1) occurs. On this surface there is a window through which this stop comes out (2.2.1). The stop (2.2.1) is responsible for retention once the intermediate piece (2) has been inserted until the end of the guided path through the guide rails (1.4) since the exit of the stop (2.2.1 ) through the window (1.2.1) is produced coinciding with the end of the path in the insertion.

The flexibility of the tongue (2.2) is what allows maintaining the tendency of the stop (2.2.1) to exit through the window (1.2.1).

In this exemplary embodiment, in order to make the tongue (2.2) externally accessible, a special design of the intermediate piece (2) has been carried out by configuring it in a "C" shape to allow the tongue (2.2) to pass through. through it and making its end emerge beyond the base opposite to where the root of the tongue is located (2.2).

Additionally, in this exemplary embodiment, the window (1.2.1) does not face the inside of the box (1) but rather the inside of a cavity (1.2) open in the form of a long tunnel. This tunnel-shaped cavity (1.2) allows the passage of an internal projection (4.1) of the bezel (4).

The internal projection (4.1) of the bezel (4) is clearly shown in Figure 6 (there is one on each side). This projection (4.1) has, in this embodiment, a groove (4.1.1) on one of its faces and according to two stripes.

The internal projection (4.1) of the trim (4) passes through an opening in the front of the box

(1) that gives access to the cavity (1.2) open in the form of a tunnel.

The passage opening is delimited between a pressure boss (1.3) and a retention boss (1.5). The pressure projection (1.3) rests on the back of the internal projection (4.1) of the bezel (4) projecting the latter against the retention projection (1.5).

The support against the retaining shoulder (1.5) is produced through the grooved surface (4.1.1) which exerts sufficient friction to establish the final position of the bezel (4). Friction is performed between similar materials, for example plastics, and not between metal and plastic that would result in cuts in the softer material and a bad fixation.

This form of retention allows the insertion of the bezel (4) by pressure. This (4) will enter until it rests on the surface. Regardless of how irregular it is, the grooving (4.1.1) will keep the last position of the bezel (4) with sufficient retention.

The presence of a double grooving (4.1.1) is to achieve the retention of the bezel (4) in two different degrees of insertion: the one that corresponds to the use of the part (2) intermediate with the subsequent installation and the one that corresponds to the frontal installation without the intermediate part (2).

The existence of a tunnel-shaped cavity (1.2) allows the entry and exit of the different components of an injection mold during manufacturing, and at the same time, the length of the tunnel makes it difficult for the use of gypsum or equivalent in the work to enter the joining means and preventing the proper functioning, in particular the insertion of the trim (4) with regulating capacity.

Claims (8)

1. Joining means for shutter boxes that allow the screwed fixing between the box (1) and the work profile (5) where the blind box (1) has at least one fin (1.1) with a perforation (1.1) .1) of passage of a screw (6) of the screwed joint, so that the fin (1.1) is intended to be located adjacent to the surface of the work profile (5), characterized in that the box (1) a shutter has means for retaining a removable intermediate piece (2); and, the removable intermediate piece (2) in turn has a perforation (2.1) intended to receive the threaded stud of the screw (6).

Statement motivated according to articles 29.6 and 29.7 of the Regulations for the execution of Law 11/1986, of March 20, on Patents on novelty and inventive activity; quotes and explanations in support of this statement The invention relates to joining means for roller shutter boxes that allow screwed fixing between the box and the work profile. The application also raises two other independent claims, one for the case carrying the previous joining means and the case assembly also according to the previous means. The first claim, related to the means, states in its preamble that the box has at least one flap with a screw passage perforation intended to be located adjacent to the surface of the work profile. This is a usual design option in the state of the art as it appears from its inclusion in the preamble. Based on the characterizing part we find that the closest document of the state of the art is D01. It must be specified that the first claim is raised in a very general way. It specifies the following technical characteristics: -the box has retention means of a removable intermediate piece: in D01 we find some retention means (24,26) of an intermediate piece (25,27) (see figures 2, 4-7,13) for the attachment of the box to the building site and which, obviously, when attached by means of a screw to the box, is removable as long as the screw is removed. -the intermediate piece has a perforation designed to receive the screw threaded stud: the removable piece has means to join the box and the wall, with screw holes and stems. Also documents D02 and D03 pose removable intermediate pieces (both are squares: 5 in D02 and 11 in D03), these pieces have perforations to receive a screw (see figures) and in both documents, the box has means (a hole in both cases) to retain said intermediate piece. Therefore, and in view of the foregoing documents, claim 1 lacks inventive activity. The rest of the claims dependent on it (claims 2-5) pose technical characteristics that have not been found in the state of the art at the time of making this report and therefore suggest novelty and inventive activity. Claim 6 is the second independent claim and refers to the box characterized by the joining means according to any of the preceding claims. Taking into account that documents D01, D02 and D03 annul the inventive activity of the first claim referring to the joining means, they also annul the inventive activity of this claim. As for claim 7, third independent claim, referring to the box assembly according to any of the preceding claims, we see that it is characterized by having: a belt winding chassis, a clutch and a trim (all elements that are used in the cited documents), where the bezel has a grooved shoulder with the ability to regulate the insertion through an open cavity of the box.
