Claims (8)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von Streifenelementen für die elektronische Artikelsicherung, bei dem ein Endlosstreifen (2) von elektronisch detektierbarem Material bereitgestellt und in einzelne Streifenabschnitte (3) einer gewünschten Länge unterteilt wird, die einzelnen Streifenabschnitte (3) mittels einer Fördervorrichtung (8) weitergeleitet werden, deren Geschwindigkeit größer ist als die Geschwindigkeit, mit der der Endlosstreifen (2) bereitgestellt wird, wobei die Relativgeschwindigkeit so bemessen ist, daß ein gewünschter Abstand zwischen zwei aufeinanderfolgenden Streifenabschnitten (3) erzielt wird, und beschichtetes Bandmaterial hergestellt wird, indem die voneinander beabstandeten Streifenabschnitte (3) beidseitig mit einer durchgehenden Beschichtung (12) versehen werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Endlosstreifen (2) vor dem Unterteilen in einzelne Streifenabschnitte (3) einer gewünschten Länge zumindest einmal in Längsrichtung in Längsstreifen unterteilt wird, daß die einzelnen Längsstreifen des Endlosstreifens (2) quer zu ihrer Laufrichtung auseinandergezogen werden, daß die einzelnen Längsstreifen des Endlosstreifens (2) dann in die einzelnen Streifenabschnitte (3) einer gewünschten Länge unterteilt werden, die mit der Fördervorrichtung (8) weitergeieitet und in Laufrichtung auf den gewünschten Abstand gebracht werden, und daß schließlich das beschichtete Bandmaterial in Längs- und in Querrichtung in einzelne Streifenelemente (1) unterteilt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Streifenelemente (1) gesammelt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß verbleibendes Abfallmaterial (17) aufgewickelt wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Streifenelementen für die elektronische Artikelsicherung, mit einer Vorratsrolle (4), auf die ein Endlosstreifen (2) von elektronisch detektierbarem Material aufgewickelt ist,
mit einer Schneidevorrichtung (7), die den Endlosstreifen (2) in einzelne Streifenabschnitte (3) einer gewünschten Länge unterteilt,
mit einer Fördervorrichtung (8), die eine höhere Geschwindigkeit aufweist als die Vorratsrolle (4), von der der Endlosstreifen (2) abgewickelt wird, so daß zwei aufeinanderfolgende Streifenabschnitte (3) einen gewünschten Abstand voneinander haben, und
mit einer Beschichtungsstation (13), die beschichtetes Bandmaterial herstellt, indem sie die voneinander beabstandeten Streifenabschnitte (3) mit einer durchgehenden beidseitigen Beschichtung (12) versieht,
gekennzeichnet durch eine Längsschneidevorrichtung (5), die den Endlosstreifen (2) von elektronisch detektierbarem Material zumindest einmal in Längsrichtung in Längsstreifen unterteilt,
durch eine hinter der Längsschneidevorrichtung (5) angeordnete Trennstation (6), die die einzelnen Längsstreifen des Endlosstreifens (2) quer zu ihrer Laufrichtung auseinanderzieht, und durch eine Schneidestation (14) für das beschichtete Bandmaterial, die derart ausgestaltet ist, daß,sie das beschichtete Bandmaterial, in welchem die Streifenabschnitte (3), sowohl nebeneinander als auch hintereinander jeweils auf Lücke angeordnet sind, in den streifenfreien Zwischenräumen in einzelne Streifenelemente (1) unterteilt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der Fördervorrichtung (8) um ein Förderband handelt, unter dem eine Vakuumquelle (9) angeordnet ist, die die einzelnen Streifenabschnitte (3) in gewünschten Positionen auf dem Förderband fixiert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei der Fördervorrichtung (8) um ein Förderband handelt, wobei relativ zu dem Förderband zumindest ein Magnet angeordnet ist, der die einzelnen Streifenabschnitte (3) in gewünschten Positionen auf dem Förderband fixiert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, gekennzeichnet durch einen Sammelbehälter (16) zum Sammeln der Streifenelemente (1).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, gekennzeichnet durch eine Speicherrolle (18) zum Aufwickeln von Abfallmaterial (17).
