Description

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Stapelung von mit nicht selbsttragenden Gebinden befüllbaren Umverpackungen mit Trays und Stülpdeckeln (vgl. US-A-5 251 753).
Um Waschmittelbeutel oder andere, flexible, nicht selbsttragende Gebinde, die auf Paletten gestapelt sind, verkaufsfähig präsentieren zu können, werden bislang die für den Transport und die Lagerung verwendeten Umverpackungen, bestehend aus einem Tray und einem Stülpdeckel, in mehreren Lage übereinander gestapelt. Soll das verkaufsfähige Produkt, beispielsweise der Waschmittelbeutel, in einem Ladengeschäft präsentiert werden, ist es nur möglich, von der obersten Lage der Palette, d.h. von den in der obersten Lage befindlichen Umverpackungen, den Stülpdeckel zu entfernen. Die Waschmittelbeutel sind dann mit ihrer Front- bzw. Seitenansicht für den interessierten Käufer zu erkennen und aus der Umverpackung zu entnehmen. Die Displaywirkung einer solchen Verkaufspalette ist naturgemäß äußerst gering.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es daher, eine Lösung zu schaffen, mit der die Displaywirkung erhöht wird, insbesondere dergestalt, daß möglichst viele Verkaufsverpackungen in der Verkaufslage im Ladengeschäft zu sehen sind, ohne daß der gesamte Stapel zusammenbricht, bzw. die nicht selbsttragenden Gebinde zusammengedrückt werden.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 gelöst.
Mit diesem Verfahren wird einerseits vermieden, daß die nicht selbsttragenden Gebinde bei Entfernung der Stülpdeckel der Umverpackungen in der Verkaufslage zusammengedrückt werden. Gleichzeitig wird erreicht, daß von den Umverpackungen nur noch die jeweiligen Trays, d.h. die Unterteile stehen bleiben, die Außenseiten der Waschmittelbeutel sind hingegen vom potentiellen Käufer zu erkennen. Es ergibt sich insgesamt eine Displaypalette, die auf allen Lagen, d.h. von der untersten bis zu obersten Lage, das Produkt präsentiert. Hiermit wird eine äußerst große Aufmerksamkeitswirkung erzielt, gleichzeitig bleibt eine stabile Palettierung gewährleistet.
In vorteilhafter Ausgestaltung ist vorgesehen, daß Kartonzuschnitte mit an der Unterseite angeordneten Schlitzen zum Einstecken auf die Trayseitenwände zur Verbindung wenigstens zweier benachbarter Trays eingestellt werden. Auf diese Weise können zwei oder mehrere Trays zu einem Verbund zusammengefügt werden. Dadurch wird die Palettierung weiter stabilisiert, durch die nach vorne offene Ansicht wird eine optimale Facing-Fläche erreicht.
Die Erfindung sieht auch ein Verfahren vor, bei den bei mehreren benachbart angeordneten Umverpackungen der Stülpdeckel nur von einzelnen, nicht von allen Umverpackungen entfernt und nur in die offenen Trays Kartonzuschnitte eingestellt werden. Hiermit kann die Displaypalette variiert werden. Beispielsweise kann nur bei jeder zweiten Lage die Facing-Fläche der Gebinde sichtbar gemacht werden, was einen zusätzlichen optischen Reiz ausmachen kann. Die Außenflächen der Stülpdeckel können mit zusätzlichen Werbebeschriftungen-, Aufdrucken oder dgl. versehen werden usw. Wie in der Vertikalen ist auch in der Horizontalen ein solches Stehenlassen von Stülpdeckeln möglich. Bei einer solchen Verfahrensweise kann die entsprechende Anzahl von Kartonzuschnitten eingespart werden. Auch kann ggf. durch das teilweise Belassen von Stülpdeckeln die Tragfähigkeit und Stabilität der Displaypalette je nach Stapelhöhe günstig beeinflußt werden.
Die Erfindung ist nachstehend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Diese zeigt in

Eine erfindungsgemäße, allgemein mit 1 bezeichnete Umverpackung zur Stapelung von nicht selbsttragenden Gebinden 2 weist zunächst ein als Unterteil ausgebildetes Tray 3 auf, auf das in der Transportlage ein Stülpdeckel 4 aufgesteckt ist. Mehrere derartige Umverpackungen 1 sind auf einer in der Fig. 1 nur teilweise dargestellten Palette 5 aufeinandergestapelt. In der Verkaufslage werden die Stülpdeckel 4 ganz oder teilweise entfernt und durch erfindungsgemäße, senkrecht stehende, als Tragelemente 6 ausgebildete Kartonzuschnitte 6 ersetzt. Auf die oberste Lage der offenen Trays 2 mit Kartonzuschnitten 6 wird ein Krempeltray 7 gestülpt.
Das Tragelement 6 weis in dem in den Figuren 1 bis 3 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel zwei Perforationen 8 auf, um in aufgerichtetem Zustand U-förmig aufgestellt werden zu können, d.h. die beiden seitlichen Flügel 6a des Kartonzuschnitts 6 werden im rechten Winkel zu dem mittleren, beispielsweise mit zwei Schlitzen 9 versehenen Mittelteil 6b rechtwinklig weggeklappt. Die Schlitze 9 weisen Radien 10 auf und ermöglichen ein Einstecken des Tragelementes 6 auf die senkrecht stehenden Wandbereiche 11 der Trays 3, so daß wie im dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ersichtlich, mehrere Trays zu einem Verbund zusammengefügt werden können. Die Radien 10 erleichtern das Zusammenstecken. Die einzelnen Trays 3 können in jeder Lage in einer Art Baukastensystem zu stabilen Einheiten zusammengesteckt werden. Dadurch wird eine genügende Stabilität der Umverpackungen 1 auf der jeweiligen Palette 5 erreicht. Gleichzeitig sind die in die Trays 3 eingestellten, nicht selbsttragenden Gebinde 2 von außen mit ihrer sogenannten Facing-Fläche gut erkennbar.
Die Figuren 4 bis 6 zeigen ein abgewandeltes Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung. Die Trays 3 stehen hier nur teilweise parallel zueinander, teilweise jedoch auch um 90° versetzt hintereinander, wie in Fig. 4 mit den Bezugszeichen 3a und 3b kenntlich gemacht. Bei dieser Ausführungsform wird in jedes einzelne Tray 3a, 3b jeweils ein Tragelement 6 eingesetzt. Da in diesem Fall die Kartonzuschnitte 6 die Seitenwände 11 der Trays 3 nicht übergreifen, kann auf zusätzliche Schlitze 9 an der Unterseite des Kartonzuschnitts 6 verzichtet werden. Der Kartonzuschnitt 6 weist in diesem Fall lediglich ebenfalls Perforationslinien 8 auf, um die Seitenteile 6a rechtwinklig zu dem Mittelteil 6b einklappen zu können.
Fig. 5 zeigt eine weitere Variante insoweit, als nur von den beiden parallel zueinander ausgerichteten Trays 3 der Stülpdeckel 4 entfernt ist und Tragelemente 6 in die Trays 3 eingestellt sind. Hingegen bleibt bei dem dahinter in einem Winkel von 90° quer gestellten weiteren Tray 3 der Stülpdeckel 4 aufgesteckt. Hierdurch erhöht sich die Stabilität der gesamten Umverpackung 1, gleichzeitig bleibt die offene Ansicht der Gebinde 2 im Bereich der von den Stülpdeckeln 4 befreiten Trays 3b erhalten. Auch in den in den Figuren 4 bis 6 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispielen wird die oberste Lage der mit Gebinden 2 gefüllten Trays 3 mit einem Krempeltray 7 abgedeckt.
Natürlich ist die Erfindung nicht auf die dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiele beschränkt. Weitere Ausgestaltungen sind möglich, ohne den durch die Ansprüche definierten Bereich zu verlassen. So ist es beispielsweise auch möglich, die Tragelemente 6 L-, S- und/oder Z-förmig auszubilden, d.h. beispielsweise statt zwei Perforationen 8 nur eine oder mehr als zwei derartige Perforationen 8 vorzusehen, die seitlichen Schenkel 6a länger auszubilden, sie in entgegengesetzte Richtung einzuklappen und auch in diesen Schenkeln 6a Schlitze 10 vorzusehen, um sie auf Trayseitenwände 11 aufzustecken und dgl. Auch ist es bei entsprechendem Zuschnitt und Größendimensionierung der Stülpdeckel 4 möglich, die als Tragelemente ausgebildeten Kartonzuschnitte 6 aus entsprechend vorbereiteten Stülpdeckeln 4 zu bilden. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß Material eingespart und zweifach verwendet werden kann. Die Kartonzuschnitte 6 können in zahlreichen Variationen in ein oder mehrere Trays 3 eingestellt werden, die Facing-Flächen der in die Umverpackungen 1 eingestellten Gebinde 2 können damit den jeweiligen örtlichen Erfordernissen und Verkaufsmodalitäten angepaßt werden und dgl.

Claims (3)

  1. Verfahren zur Stapelung von mit Gebinden (2) befüllten Umverpackungen (1) mit Trays (3), wobei zwischen den Gebinden (2) senkrecht stehende, als Tragelemente (6) ausgebildete Kartonzuschnitte angeordnet sind,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß die Trays (3) mit nicht selbsttragenden Gebinden (2) befüllt sind und auf die Trays (3) jeweils ein Stülpdeckel (4) aufgesetzt ist, daß man in der Verkaufslage die Stülpdeckel (4) entfernt und erst danach die Tragelemente (6) zwischen die Gebinde (2) einstellt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß Kartonzuschnitte (6) mit an der Unterseite angeordneten Schlitzen (9) zum Einstecken auf die Trayseitenwände (11) zur Verbindung wenigstens zweier benachbarter Trays (3) eingestellt werden.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    daß bei mehreren benachbart und/oder übereinander angeordneten Umverpackungen (1) der Stülpdeckel (4) nur von einzelnen, nicht von allen Trays (3) entfernt und nur in die offenen Trays Kartonzuschnitte (6) eingestellt werden.
