Description
Claims (9)
- Saug- und Austraggerät für eine Spülflüssigkeit, die bei der abtragenden Bearbeitung von Gestein, Beton, Mauerwerk oder dergleichen verwendet wird, mit wenigstens zwei luft- und flüssigkeitsdicht abgeschlossenen Behältern (1, 2), von denen ein erster Behälter (1) mit einer Einrichtung (6) zur Erzeugung eines Unterdruckes sowie mit einer Ansaugvorrichtung (3) zusammenwirkt und ein zweiter Behälter (2) mit einer Einrichtung (7) zur Erzeugung eines Überdruckes sowie mit einer Austragvorrichtung (4) in Verbindung steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine beide Behälter (1, 2) verbindende Leitung (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beide Behälter (1, 2 verbindende Leitung (5)) die Einrichtung (7) zur Erzeugung des Überdruckes aufweist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der in Strömungsrichtung vor der Einrichtung (7) zur Erzeugung des Überdruckes liegende Teil der Leitung (5) als von einem Boden (12) des ersten Behälters (1) beabstandete Steigleitung ausgebildet ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem zweiten Behälter (2) in Strömungsrichtung vor der Austragvorrichtung (4) ein Poren aufweisendes Filterelement (8) angeordnet ist.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die grösste Erstreckung der Poren des Filterelementes (8) 0,1 µm bis 10 µm beträgt.
- Gerät nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Grösse der Poren in Strömungsrichtung zunimmt.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Filterelement (8) aus Keramik gebildet ist.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennnzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (6) zur Erzeugung des Unterdruckes einen Druck von -0,1 bis -1 bar erzeugt.
- Gerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Einrichtung (7) zur Erzeugung des Überdruckes einen Druck von 1 bis 5 bar erzeugt.
