Claims (4)
- Verteilerrinnenwagen (1), für Zweistrang-Gießanlagen, mit einem auf parallel beabstandeten Schienen (20) verfahrbaren Fahrgestell zur Aufnahme einer hebund senkbaren sowie quer zur Gießrichtung einstellbaren, mit zwei den beiden Strängen zuordenbaren Gießrohren (2) bzw. (3) ausgestatteten Verteilerrinne (4), durch welche die Stahleinleitung aus wenigstens einer Gießpfanne in zwei in Längsrichtung (x-x) beabstandete, vergleichsweise schmale Parallel- oder Trichterkokillen (5, 6) erfolgt, wobei das Fahrgestell einen mit zwei Längsträgern (7) und diese verbindenden Querträgern (8) ausgebildeten Rahmen (9) aufweist, dessen Ecken von je einem Fahrschemel (10) bzw. (11) mit einem Schienenrad (12) und einem damit zusammenwirkenden Hubgetriebe (13) aufgenommen sind und je einen Auflagepunkt (17) für die Verteilerrinne (4) bzw. den sie aufnehmenden Rahmen (9) aufweisen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (9) mit unterschiedlichen Längen seiner beiden Längsträger (7) trapezförmig und relativ zu seiner Längsachse (x-x) unsymmetrisch ausgebildet ist, und dass die Fahrschemel (10, 11) an dem längeren Längsträger (7) Verstellantriebe (14) mit Verstellgetrieben (18) aufweisen, die ein Ausrichten eines Gießrohres (2) bzw. (3) in der Kokille (5) bzw. (6) eines Stranges ohne Veränderung der Position des Gießrohres (3) für die Kokille (6) des anderen Stranges ermöglichen und umgekehrt.
- Verteilerrinnenwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querträger (8) in einem Winkel zwischen 30° und 60° zu den Längsträgern (7) angeordnet sind.
- Verteilerrinnenwagen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querträger (8) bevorzugt in einem Winkel von 45° zu den Längsträgern (7) angeordnet sind.
- Verteilerrinnenwagen nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verteilerrinne (4) einen in eine Abweiserrinne (15) mündenden Notüberlauf (16) besitzt, der bevorzugt in der Längsmitte der Rinne angeordnet ist.
