Claims (9)
- Verfahren zum Bedrucken einer Bogenvorderseite und zum Bedrucken einer Bogenrückseite eines von einem Anlegerbogenstapel über mindestens einen direkt oder indirekt mit mindestens einem einfärbbaren Druckformzylinder zusammenwirkenden Bogenführungszylinder zu einem Auslagebogenstapel geförderten Bogens, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zu bedruckende Bogen vom Anlegerbogenstapel entnommen, dem Bogenführungszylinder zum Bedrucken der Bogenrückseite zugeführt, die Bogenrückseite bedruckt, der bedruckte Bogen mit einer Bogentransportrichtung zum Auslagebogenstapel entgegen der Bogenlaufrichtung zum Bogenführungszylinder transportiert, auf den relativ zur Bogenlaufrichtung in der gleichen Ebene vor dem Anlegerbogenstapel angeordneten Auslagebogenstapel mit der bedruckten Bogenrückseite nach oben abgelegt und der Auslagebogenstapel zum Nachfolgedruck der Bogenvorderseite in die Position des Anlegerbogenstapels verbringbar ist.
- Verfahren zum Bedrucken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbringen des Auslagebogenstapels in die Position des Anlegerbogenstapels eine Drehung des Auslagebogenstapels um 180° einschließt.
- Verfahren zum Bedrucken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stapelbewegung in und/oder quer und/oder senkrecht zur Bogenlaufrichtung durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren zum Bedrucken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anlegerbogenstapel von einer zugeordneten Linearfördereinheit in und entgegen der Bogenlaufrichtung transportiert und der relativ zur Bogenlaufrichtung vor dem Anlegerbogenstapel angeordnete Auslagebogenstapel von einem zugeordneten Drehtisch gedreht und anschließend von der Linearfördereinheit in Bogenlaufrichtung transportiert wird.
- Verfahren zum Bedrucken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mittels des Drehtisches der Auslagebogenstapel gedreht und vertikal bewegt wird.
- Verfahren zum Bedrucken nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bogenstapel auf Stapeltransportwagen angeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zum Bedrucken nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen der Stapeltransportwagen der Stapelebene zugeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zum Bedrucken nach Anspruch 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linearfördereinheit und/oder der Drehtisch der Unterseite des Stapeltransportwagens zugeordnet sind.
- Verfahren zum Bedrucken nach Anspruch 4 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Linearfördereinheit der Unterseite des Stapeltransportwagens und die Rollen der Stapeltransportwagen dem Drehtisch zugeordnet sind.
