Claims (11)
- Elektrisches Kontaktelement (1) zum Einsatz in einer Lampenfassung (2), mit einem von einem Kontakt (3) einer Lampe (4) beaufschlagbaren Kontaktbereich (5) und einer damit verbundenen Anschlussfahne (6),wobei der Kontaktbereich (5) gegenüber der Anschlussfahne (6) seitlich versetzt angeordnet ist, und ein zwischen dem Kontaktbereich (5) und der Anschlussfahne (6) befindlicher Zwischenbereich (8) U-Form mit Schenkeln (14, 15, 16) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Verbindungsarm (10) zwischen dem Kontaktbereich (5) und dem Zwischenbereich (8) zur Anschlussfahne (6) vorgesehen ist, dass Verbindungszonen (z1, z2, z3, z4) zwischen dem Kontaktbereich (5), dem Verbindungsarm (10) und den Schenkeln (14, 15, 16) des U-förmigen Zwischenbereichs (8) als abgerundete Bereiche ausgebildet sind, und dass zumindest der U-förmige Zwischenbereich (8) mit den Schenkeln (14, 15, 16) den Versatz zwischen dem Kontaktbereich (5) und der Anschlussfahne (6) herstellt. - Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verbindungsarm (10) zwischen dem Kontaktbereich (5) und dem Schenkel (14) des U-förmigen Zwischenbereichs (8) zum Versatz beiträgt. - Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 2
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schenkel (16) des U-förmigen Zwischenbereichs (8) einen Kontaktarm (20) aufweist. - Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktarm (20) in derselben Ebene wie der Schenkel 16 verläuft. - Kontaktelement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussfahne (6) im rechten Winkel zum Schenkel (16) des U-förmigen Zwischenbereichs (8) verläuft und eine geringere Breite (b) als die Breite (B) des Schenkels (16) aufweist. - Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Breite (b) der Anschlussfahne (6) kleiner als die Hälfte der Breite (B) des Schenkels (16) ist. - Kontaktelement nach den Ansprüchen 3 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Kontaktarm (20) und dem Viertelkreisbereich (12) der Anschlussfahne (6) eine Ausnehmung (22) in Form einer halbkreisförmigen
Ausnehmung angeordnet ist. - Kontaktelement nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlussfahne (6) und der Kontaktarm (20) eine größere Materialstärke (D) als die Materialstärke (d) des Zwischenbereichs (8) und des Kontaktbereichs (5) aufweisen. - Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gesamte Kontaktelement (1) einstückig ausgebildet ist. - Kontaktelement nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kontaktelement eine aus zwei miteinander verbundenen Teilen verschiedener Materialstärken (d, D) bestehende Einheit ist. - Kontaktelement nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kontaktarm (20) und die Anschlussfahne (6) mit dem Schenkel (16) des U-förmigen Zwischenbereichs (8) stumpf verschweißt sind.
