Definitions
- the invention relates to snow gliding board according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the object of the invention is to show a snow sliding board, which is characterized by a particularly rigid training in the middle area or in the bond area distinguished.
- a gliding board according to the Claim 1 executed.
- the greater depth of the shell-like profile of the top chord in the middle area or in the binding area achieves particularly high rigidity for the gliding board in this binding area, while decreasing towards the front and rear ends of the gliding board Depth of the shell-like profile of the top chord the snow sliding board there soft is trained.
- the height of the side cheeks in the longitudinal direction of the Snow sliding board is constant. In the invention, it is also possible that the Height of the side cheeks changed in the longitudinal direction of the snowboard.
- the ski generally designated 1 in FIGS. 1 and 2 has in the usual way into the front end of the ski 2 with the shovel area arched up there rear ski end 3 and a binding area 4.
- FIGS. 2 and 3 denotes the core, which, using The usual ski building materials are made and on the two long sides 6 of the ski 1 each from a side cheek 7 formed by a strip-like plastic profile is covered on the side.
- the core 5 which is also the upper and lower, each over has the entire length of the ski body extending straps 8 and 9, closes down the tread component with the two steel edges 10 and the Sliding surface 11 forming tread.
- the upper belt 8 which is made of a suitable belt material e.g. made of fiber reinforced Plastic and / or metal is in the area of the front and rear ski end 2 or 3 essentially flat or only very slightly arched, and then slightly convex on the top.
- the upper chord 8 in Towards the binding area 4 increasingly a bowl-shaped design, i.e. it forms an inverted trough-like profile that is open towards the bottom increasing height, with an upper section 8 'and with lateral, of the section 8 'on the longitudinal sides 6 obliquely downward sections 8th''.
- the upper chord 8 is made, for example, of a metal sheet by pressing or Thermoforming.
- the material for the upper flange 8 is then suitable, for example Aluminum or an aluminum alloy or also steel, e.g. more corrosion resistant Steel.
- the top chord 8 can also be formed in multiple layers, in which case for example, at least one layer consists of the metal and another Layer is a plastic layer.
- the upper chord 8 is not directly connected to the side cheeks 7, but is with these edges 8 '' 'each arranged over a side cheek 7.
- the upper shell 12 adjoins the upper flange 8, which is made of a suitable plastic, with a top chord 8 appropriate shape.
- the shell 12 is therefore in the area of the front and rear ski end 2 or 3 essentially flat or only very slightly curved, slightly convex at the top of the ski.
- the shell 12 On the two long sides 6 is the shell 12 with its edge 13 there, each with the top of the cheeks 7 connected in a suitable manner.
- the height of the ski is in the area of the front and rear end of the ski essentially by the height of a side cheek 7 plus the height of the respective Steel edge 10 determined.
- the shell 12 also has in the direction of the binding area 4 increasingly a bowl-shaped design on, i.e. the shell 12 also forms an inverted, open towards the bottom trough-like profile with increasing height, with an upper, the Ski top forming section 12 'and side, from section 12' to the Longitudinal sides 6 sloping sections 12 '', each in one of the two edges 13 merges, the flange-like side of one Section 12 '' stand out and in one plane parallel or approximately parallel to the upper one Section 12 'lie.
- the edges 13 over the entire length of the Skis 1 are connected in a suitable manner to the top of the side cheeks 7.
- the shell 12 is, for example, as a transparent plastic layer with a underlying design layer.
- Binding area 4 are formed and extend in the longitudinal direction of the ski 1.
- Corrugations 15 corresponding to the corrugations 14 are also formed in the upper chord 8. An additional stiffness of the ski is achieved by these beads 15.
- FIG. 3 shows a ski 1a, which differs from the ski 1 of FIGS. 1 and 2 in the differs essentially in that the upper chord is formed in two parts, i.e. from the shell-shaped profiled belt 8 and from an additional, in essentially flat belt 8a, which is below the section 8 'between the Belt 8 and the core 5 of the ski is provided.
- This two-part design of the top chord has the advantage that at one predetermined strength for the two-part upper flange of the belt 8 from one Belt material can be made with a thickness that deforms the Belt material in the shell-shaped belt 8 even when pressing the ski or in the shape used for this allows while the second belt 8a is not deformed will, i.e. stays flat.
- Under Pressing '' is to be understood here as the manufacturing section in which the elements and materials forming the ski 1c are joined together and connected to one another in a mold using liquid plastic and under a pressing pressure.
- the material forming the shell-shaped belt 8 can then also be inserted into the mold in a flat state.
- the beads 14 and 15 in their width and / or depth vary and / or the number of these beads deviates from two, for example only such a bead or more than two beads 14 and 15 are provided.
- the side cheeks 7 vary in height. In principle, there is of course also the possibility that the height of the side cheeks 7 is constant in the longitudinal direction of the ski. Furthermore, for example. with multi-level training the upper belt 8, the shell 12 be part of this belt.
