Claims (7)
- Einteiliger Holzverbinder (1) aus dünnem Blech zum i.w. verdeckten, stimseitigen Anschluß eines Balkens (2) an ein Bauteil, insb. an einen querverlaufenden zweiten Balken (3), wobei der Holzverbinder (1) einen an die Stirnseite (2') des anzuschließenden Balkens (2) anzulegenden ersten Befestigungsflansch (4) und einen sich von diesem weg erstreckenden, an das Bauteil (3) anzulegenden zweiten Befestigungsflansch (6) aufweist, die jeweils mit Durchgangsöffnungen (7 - 10) versehen sind, durch welche längliche Verbindungsmittel wie Nägel (11) oder Stabdübel in die miteinander zu verbindenden Bauteile (2, 3) einzutreiben sind, wobei die Dicke des zweiten Befestigungsflansches (6) durch rückwärtiges Umkanten des Blechzuschnittes an dem dem anzuschließenden Balken (2) abgekehrten Rand des zweiten Befestigungsflansches (6) verdoppelt ist, und wobei eine Lage des zweiten Befestigungsflansches (6) in Richtung zum anzuschließenden Balken (2) über den ersten Befestigungsflansch (4) hinaus zu einem einlagigen Anschlußflansch (12) verlängert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Befestigungsflansch (6) dreilagig ausgebildet ist, und der erste Befestigungsflansch (4) zweilagig, wobei der einlagige Anschlußflansch (12) einen Auflagerflansch bildet, der auf die Oberseite des anzuschließenden Balkens (2) aufzulegen und an diesem zu befestigen ist.
- Holzverbinder nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein freier Rand des Holzverbinders (1) mit dem darunter oder/und darüber liegenden Abschnitt des Holzverbinders (1) verschweißt ist.
- Holzverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß aneinanderliegende, parallele Abschnitte des Holzverbinders (1) an wenigstens einer Stelle durch Kleben oder Punktschweißung miteinander verbunden sind.
- Holzverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Auflagerflansch (12) benachbart zum ersten Befestigungsflansch (4) so in Richtung zum ersten Befestigungsflansch (4) versetzt ist, daß seine dem anzuschließenden Balken (2) zugekehrte Unterseite (12') zu der dem Bauteil (3) zugekehrten Unterseite des zweiten Befestigungsflansch (6) i.w. fluchtet.
- Holzverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsöffnungen (7, 10) wenigstens eines Flansches (4, 6) wenigstens teilweise so ausgebildet sind, daß sie eine schräge Zwangsführung für das jeweils durch sie einzutreibende Verbindungsmittel (11) bilden.
- Holzverbinder nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Flansch (z.B. 6, 12) durch wenigstens eine eingeformte Sicke (15) zwecks Erhöhung seines Widerstandsmomentes verstärkt ist.
- Holzverbinder nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Befestigungsflansch (6) und/oder der Auflagerflansch (12) mit wenigstens einer dem ersten Befestigungsflansch (4) abgekehrten, durchgehenden Sicke (15) versehen ist.
