Definitions

  • the invention relates to a one-piece, cross-sectionally T-shaped wooden connector thin sheet metal (according to DIN 1052 maximum 4 mm, depending on strength requirements preferably 2 - 3 mm) according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • connection flange (pull tab) from relatively thin could manufacture sheet metal material because it is essentially only in its installed state Longitudinal acting tensile forces is applied, but the second mounting flange clearly must be relatively rigid.
  • the present invention has for its object the known wood connector to improve the genus described at the outset from the aforementioned points of view, that his second mounting flange despite the manufacture of the wood connector from one The thinnest possible sheet, the material thickness for the required strength of the Connection flange is sufficient, has sufficient bending rigidity.
  • Another embodiment that aims at the same goal is that adjacent, parallel sections of the wooden connector - at least at one point - are connected to each other, also by welding or by Can be glued.
  • connection flange may be in a corresponding slot in the to be connected
  • Can grab bar is conveniently provided that it in the assembled state as Support flange acts, namely rests on the top of the beam to be connected and there with nails or the like. is attached. Since this support flange i.w. only that Has the function of a pull tab, i.e. in the assembled state under load i.w. just by tensile forces extending in its longitudinal direction are easily used (considerably) thinner than the second mounting flange, and is therefore only one layer educated.
  • the support flange can be adjacent to offset the first mounting flange in the direction of the first mounting flange be designed so that its underside to the underside of the second mounting flange i.w. flees.
  • the through openings of at least one flange are preferably at least partially so trained that they in a manner known per se oblique positive control for each by connecting means to be driven, the central axis of which is therefore in the assembled Condition is not perpendicular to the flange or its contact surface, as this is further clarified below with reference to the drawing.
  • the bending strength of the wooden connector or a section of the wooden connector can increase, at least one flange section through at least one molded bead be reinforced. So it turned out to be extremely advantageous if the second Mounting flange and / or the support flange with at least one of the first Fastening flange facing away, continuous bead is provided.
  • 1 - 3 show a wooden connector made of thin sheet metal, designated overall by 1 with a wall thickness s of 2 mm for the frontal connection of a first wooden beam 2 a transverse to this second wooden beam 3.
  • the wooden connector 1 has one to the end face 2 'of the first beam 2 to be connected two-layer first Mounting flange 4, and a extending from this, on a side surface 3 ' of the second beam 3 three-layer second mounting flange 6.
  • the two mounting flanges 4, 6 are each with through openings 7, 8 and 9 and 10 provided by which elongated connecting means such as nails 11 (see. Fig. 4) in the beams 2, 3 to be connected with one another are to be driven, the through openings 7 of the first mounting flange 4 as extending obliquely to its contact surface 4 ' Through holes are formed, which are an oblique positive guide for each have to be driven in nail 11, the central axis 11 '(see FIG. 4) thus in the assembled Condition not perpendicular to the first mounting flange 4 or its contact surface 4 ' runs in order to also have the advantageous effects in the wood connector according to the invention achieve, which is striven for and achieved in DE 296 10 381.0 U1.
  • the thickness of the second mounting flange 6 is through one-time edging of the corresponding sheet metal blank on the first wooden beam 2 opposite edge of the second mounting flange 6 relative to the sheet thickness s doubled, with a third layer between the two created by edging Layers extends, so that the total thickness d of the second mounting flange 6 is the same is three times the sheet thickness s because all the layers lie flat against each other.
  • the upper layer 6 ' the second fastening flange 6 in the direction of the first beam 2 to be connected extended beyond the first mounting flange 4 to a support flange 12.
  • the bearing flange 12 adjacent to the first mounting flange 4 in the direction be offset to the first mounting flange 4 by bending that its underside 12 'to Bottom of the second mounting flange 6 is aligned.
  • the second mounting flange 6 is thereby three layers that one with the one layer of the two-layer first Fastening flange 4 directly connected third layer between the edges of the sheet metal blank produced two layers extends so that the bearing flange 12th opposite edge of the second mounting flange 6 is rounded.
  • the variant differs from this embodiment according to. 5-8 only in that one with the other layer of the two-layer first mounting flange 4th directly connected third position of the second mounting flange 6 is below the extends by folding the mounting flange two layers and on the the edge of the second fastening flange 6 facing away from the support flange 12 ends bluntly, so that the two upper layers of the second mounting flange by appropriate Edging are rounded.
