Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Steuerung der Bewegung einer Verdunkelungsvorrichtung, insbesondere eines Rolladens, eines Rollos oder eines Lamellenvorhangs, mittels eines Gurtbands, mit einer motorisch angetriebenen Aufwickelhaspel für das Gurtband, mit einer vom sich bewegenden Gurtband angetriebenen Rolle, mit Sensormitteln zur Erfassung der Rotation der Rolle und mit einer elektronischen Steuereinrichtung zum Abschalten des Antriebsmotors in wenigstens einer vorgebbaren Position der Verdunkelungsvorrichtung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß weitere Sensormittel (26) zur Erfassung der Rotation der Aufwickelhaspel (10) oder eines mit dieser in Antriebsverbindung stehenden Rotationselements (22) vorgesehen sind, daß eine Auswerteeinrichtung (28) zur Bildung von Verhältniswerten der jeweiligen Signale (f1, f2) der beiden Sensormittel (25, 26) als Positions-Istsignal vorgesehen sind, wobei beim Erreichen von vorgegebenen Positions-Sollwerten der Antriebsmotor (19) mittels einer Abschalteinrichtung (34) abschaltbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch die Sensormittel (25, 26) Markierungen (24) oder Zähne an der Rolle (17) und der Aufwickelhaspel (10) oder dem damit in Antriebsverbindung stehenden Rotationselements (22) abtastbar und in entsprechende Signale (f1, f2) umsetzbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Signale der Sensormittel (25, 26) Zählsignale oder davon abgeleitete Frequenzsignale oder Drehzahlsignale sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Signale (f1, f2) der Sensormittel (25, 26) einer Quotientenbildungsstufe als Auswerteeinrichtung (28) zur Bildung der Verhältniswerte zuführbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abschalteinrichtung (34) durch wenigstens einen Komparator (29, 30) zum Vergleich der aus den Verhältniswerten abgeleiteten Positionswerte mit wenigstens einem vorgebbaren Abschalt-Positionswert steuerbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rolle (17) als Gurtumlenkrolle ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in Antriebsverbindung mit der Aufwickelhaspel (10) stehende Rotationselement (22) ein Getrieberad eines Untersetzungsgetriebes (18) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elektronische Steuereinrichtung (27) durch einen Mikrocontroller realisiert wird.
