Claims (17)
- Klappenanordnung für den Zugriff zu einem Papierweg von Einzelblattdruckern und -kopierern, mit einer schwenkbar angeordneten Klappe (P1, P4), die in ihrer arretierten Betriebslage einen Abschnitt einer Führungsfläche für den Papierweg bildet und mittels einer Betätigungseinrichtung (V1, V2) um eine erste Schwenkachse (D2, D4) in eine offene Lage schwenkbar ist, in welcher sie für den Zugriff vom Papierweg absteht und mit einer neben der ersten Klappe (P1, P4) angeordneten zweiten schwenkbaren Klappe (P2, P3), welche wie die erste Klappe (P1, P4) in ihrer arretierbaren Betriebslage einen Abschnitt der Führungsfläche bildet, der an den von der ersten Klappe (P1, P4) gebildeten Abschnitt angrenzt, und um eine zweite Schwenkachse (D1, D3) in eine offene Lage schwenkbar ist, in der sie vom Papierweg absteht und den Zugriffsbereich vergrößert, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in die offene Lage geschwenkten Klappen (P1, P2, P3, P4) eine Öffnung zum Papierweg für den Zugriff freigeben, und daß an der zweiten Klappe (P2, P3) mindestens ein Spannelement (Z1, Z2) vorgesehen ist, das in der Betriebslage der zweiten Klappe (P2, P3) vorgespannt ist und durch die Vorspannkraft dessen Öffnungsbewegung in die offene Lage unterstützt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Klappe (P2, P3) durch die Betätigungseinrichtung (V1, V2) zusammen mit der ersten Klappe (P1, P4) schwenkbar ist.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Klappe (P2, P3) von der ersten Klappe (P1, P4) mitnehmbar ausgebildet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Schwenkachse (D2, D4) ortsfest am Einzelblattdrucker angeordnet ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Klappe (P2) mittels der zweiten Schwenkachse (D1) mit der ersten Klappe (P1) schwenkbar verbunden ist, und daß als Spannelement eine Zugfeder (Z1) dient, die mit ihrem einen Ende an der ersten Klappe (P1) und mit ihrem anderen Ende an der zweiten Klappe (P2) befestigt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Schwenkachse (D3) ortsfest am Einzelblattdrucker angeordnet ist, und daß als Spannelement eine Zugfeder (Z2) dient, die mit ihrem einen Ende ortsfest am Einzelblattdrucker und mit ihrem anderen Ende an der zweiten Klappe (P3) befestigt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Klappen (P1, P2, P4, P3) Abschnitte von Profilleisten sind, die sich quer zum Papierweg erstrecken.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betätigungseinrichtung eine in der ersten Klappe (P1, P4) gelagerte, sich quer zum Papierweg erstreckende Verriegelungsstange (V1, V2) ist, die in ein ortsfest am Einzelblattdrucker angebrachtes oder zwei beiderseits der ersten Klappe (P1, P4) angebrachte Widerlager eingreift und am einen Ende einen Zugknopf zum Entriegeln hat.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Lagerblech (L) an der ersten Klappe (P1) angebracht ist, das sich quer zu dieser erstreckt und zu deren vom Papierweg abgewandten und der zweiten Klappe (P2) zugewandter Seite übersteht, daß die zweite Klappe (P2) auf ihrer vom Papierweg abgewandten Seite einen abstehenden Steg hat, durch dessen Ende die zweite Schwenkachse (D1) verläuft, und daß die zweite Schwenkachse (D1) den überstehenden Teil des Lagerblechs (L) durchsetzt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein ortsfestes Widerlager (F) vorgesehen ist, das die zweite Klappe (P2) in ihrer Betriebslage abstützt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Widerlager aus einer ortsfesten Kulisse (F) besteht, die zur Aufnahme und zum Abstützen eines Gleitsteines (G) eingerichtet ist, der an der zweiten Klappe (P2) angebracht ist, bei deren Schwenkbewegung mit der Kulisse (F) in Eingriff kommt bzw. sich aus dieser löst und in der Betriebslage in dieser abgestützt ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf dem Lagerblech (L) der ersten Klappe (P1) ein Anschlag (A) sitzt, der in den Bewegungsbereich der an der ersten Klappe (P1) schwenkbar gelagerten zweiten Klappe ragt und deren Öffnungsbewegung in die offene Lage begrenzt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Klappe (P3) an ihrer Rückseite und nahe ihrer von der ersten Klappe (P4) abgewandten Kante einen abstehenden Steg (30) aufweist, dessen freies Ende von der zweiten Schwenkachse (D3) durchsetzt ist, und daß in der offenen Lage der zweiten Klappe (P3) eine durch die beiden Enden der Zugfeder (Z2) verlaufende Gerade die zweite Schwenkachse (D3) schneidet.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der ersten Klappe (P4) ein die zweite Klappe (P3) in der Betriebslage hintergreifender Fortsatz angeordnet ist, der bei arretierter erster Klappe (P4) auch die zweite Klappe (P3) in ihrer Betriebslage hält.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fortsatz verlängert ist, so daß er in der offenen Lage beider Klappen (P4, P3) beim Schließen der ersten Klappe (P4) die zweite Klappe (P3) oder eine an dieser angeordnete Ausbildung hintergreift und somit die zweite Klappe (P3) in die geschlossene Betriebslage mitnimmt.
- Anordnung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fortsatz an einem Blech (B) ausgebildet ist, das sich quer zur ersten Klappe (P4) erstreckt und an deren Rückseite angebracht ist.
- Anordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Fortsatz an der Anlenkung der Zugfeder (22) angreift und seitlich neben der zweiten Klappe (P3) oder gegenüber einem Schlitz in dieser angeordnet ist, so daß sich die Schwenkwege von zweiter Klappe (P3) und Fortsatz überschneiden können.
