Claims (11)
- Transporteinrichtung für Einzelblätter, insbesondere Banknoten (16) mit einem Rahmen (10), an dem eine erste Transportbahn (14), eine unter einem Winkel zu dieser gerichtete zweite Transportbahn (20) und, an der Verbindungsstelle zwischen den beiden Transportbahnen (14, 20), eine Weichenanordnung (32) vorgesehen sind mit einer ersten Weichenfläche (38), die zusammen mit einer ersten rahmenfesten Leitfläche (26) einen von der ersten Transportbahn (14) zur zweiten Transportbahn (20) führenden ersten Verbindungsweg (40) begrenzt, und mit einer zweiten Weichenfläche (42), die zusammen mit einer zweiten rahmenfesten Leitfläche (28) einen von der zweiten Transportbahn (20) zur ersten Transportbahn (14) führenden zweiten Verbindungsweg (44) begrenzt, wobei die beiden Weichenflächen (38, 42) wechselweise derart verstellbar sind, daß beim Öffnen des ersten Verbindungsweges (40) die erste Transportbahn (14) unterbrochen und die Eintrittsöffnung von der zweiten Transportbahn (20) in den zweiten Verbindungsweg (44) geschlossen wird und beim Öffnen des letzteren die Eintrittsöffnung von der ersten Transportbahn (14) in den ersten Verbindungsweg (40) geschlossen und die erste Transportbahn (14) freigegeben wird, und wobei die erste Weichenfläche (38) und eine mit ihr einen spitzen Winkel bildende und einen Teil der ersten Transportbahn (14) begrenzende dritte Weichenfläche (98) an einem ersten Weichenkörper (34) ausgebildet sind, der translatorisch zwischen einer ersten Stellung, in der die dritte Weichenfläche (98) in einer die erste Transportbahn (14) begrenzenden Fläche (12) liegt und der erste Verbindungsweg (40) geschlossen ist, und einer zweiten Stellung verstellbar ist, in der die dritte Weichenfläche (98) aus der die erste Transportbahn (14) begrenzenden Fläche (12) herausgehoben ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Weichenkörper leistenförmig ist, sich über die Breite der Transportbahnen (14, 20) erstreckt und translatorisch verstellbar ist, daß bei in die zweite Stellung verstelltem erstem Weichenkörper (34) der erste Verbindungsweg (40) geöffnet ist, daß die zweite Weichenfläche (42) an einem zum ersten Weichenkörper (34) parallelen leistenförmigen zweiten Weichenkörper (36) ausgebildet ist, der um eine zur jeweiligen Transportebene der Transportbahnen (14, 20) parallele Schwenkachse (62) schwenkbar gelagert ist, und daß die beiden Weichenkörper (34, 36) mit einer Antriebsvorrichtung (70, 72) zum synchronen Verstellen der Weichenkörper (34, 36) gekoppelt sind.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die erste Transportbahn (14) rahmenseitig begrenzende Fläche (12) konvex gekrümmt ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste und der zweite Verbindungsweg (40, 44) zu einem Walzenspalt zweier Transportwalzen (30) der zweiten Transportbahn (20) hin konvergieren und daß zwischen der Stelle, an der die beiden Verbindungswege (38, 44) konvergieren, und dem Walzenspalt eine zu den Weichenkörpern (34, 36) parallele Sperrleiste (90) derart verstellbar angeordnet ist, daß sie in der ersten Stellung des ersten Weichenkörpers (34) die dem Walzenspalt zugewandten Kanten der Weichenkörper (34, 36) abschirmt und den ersten Verbindungsweg (40) sperrt und in der zweiten Stellung des ersten Weichenkörpers den ersten Verbindungsweg (38) freigibt.
- Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Weichenkörper (34) mit mindestens einer Zahnstange (50, 56) verbunden ist, die an dem Rahmen (10) mindestens annähernd linear verschiebbar geführt ist, daß der zweite Weichenkörper (36) mit mindestens einem koaxial zu seiner Schwenkachse (62) gekrümmten Zahnsegment (64) verbunden ist und daß die Zahnstange (50, 56) und das Zahnsegment (64) mit einer Zahnradanordnung (58, 66) in Eingriff stehen, die auf einer zur Schwenkachse (62) des zweiten Weichenkörpers (36) parallelen Schwenkwelle (60) sitzt, die mit einem Schwenkantrieb (70, 72) verbunden ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnradanordnung ein mit der Zahnstange (50, 56) in Eingriff stehendes erstes Zahnrad (58) und ein zu diesem koaxiales, mit dem Zahnsegment (64) in Eingriff stehendes zweites Zahnrad (66) umfaßt.
- Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sperrleiste (90) mit mindestens einem Zahnsegment (92, 96) verbunden ist, das um eine zur Schwenkwelle (60) der Zahnradanordnung parallele Achse (94) schwenkbar gelagert ist und mit der Zahnradanordnung (58, 66) in Eingriff steht.
- Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwenkantrieb einen Linearantrieb (70) und ein mit diesem verbundenes Stellglied (72) hat, das an einer achsfernen Stelle der Zahnradanordnung (58, 66) angelenkt ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Linearantrieb (70) in eine Richtung wirkt und daß die Zahnradanordnung (58, 66) in eine der Wirkungsrichtung des Linearantriebs (70) entgegengesetzte Schwenkrichtung vorgespannt ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Linearantrieb ein Elektromagnet (70) ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Linearantrieb in zwei Richtungen wirkt und daß das Stellglied drucksteif ist.
- Transporteinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnradanordnung (58, 66) und das Stellglied (72) einstückig hergestellt sind, wobei das Gelenk (74) zwischen der Zahnradanordnung (58, 66) und dem Stellglied (72) von einer elastischen Materialbrücke gebildet ist.
