Claims (3)

  1. Collecteur d'échappement présentant une section d'extrémité (4) courbée, sur laquelle s'articulent au moins deux sections en T (5, 6) respectivement par l'intermédiaire d'un siège coulissant (7, 8), la section d'extrémité (4) et les sections en T (5, 6) comportant une bride de raccordement respective (9, 11, 12) qui est fixée sur une bride de tête ainsi qu'un raccord tubulaire (10, 13, 14) et chaque section en T (5, 6) possédant un ajutage ou tubulure à siège coulissant (15, 16), caractérisé en ce que pour chacune l'ajutage ou tubulure à siège coulissant (15, 16) est réalisé par formage à haute pression interne sur le rayon extérieur (Ra) d'un raccord tubulaire coudé (17, 18), et la tubulure ou ajutage à siège coulissant (15) de la section en T (5) emprisonne par le dessus le raccord tubulaire (10) de la section d'extrémité (4) et la tubulure ou ajutage coulissant (16) de la section en forme de T (6) emprisonne par le dessus le raccord tubulaire (13) de la section en T (5) sur le côté d'extrémité.
  2. Collecteur d'échappement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'ajutage ou tubulure à siège coulissant (15, 16) et/ou le raccord tubulaire (10, 13) sont conçus en oblique sur le côté d'extrémité.
  3. Collecteur d'échappement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre la longueur de la tubulure ou ajutage à siège coulissant et le diamètre du raccord coudé tubulaire est d'environ 0,5.
