Claims (4)
- Verfahren zur Formgebung von Körpern durch eine strukturierende Umbildung ihrer gleichmäßig ausgebildeten Oberflächenkontur unter Anwendung partiell auf den Körper gerichteter Kräfte, bei dem die Krafteintragung, auf einen ausgewählten sektoriellen Bereich des Körpers gelenkt, in diesen in ihrer Größe sowie vektoriellen Erstreckung soweit hineingeführt und solange gehalten wird, die erforderlich ist, die partielle Formgebung in der vorgesehenen Kontur zu vollenden, wobei nach einem Zurücknehmen der verformenden Kraft die Rückstellkraft in der Kontur der verformten Körperpartie vom Körper bleibend aufgenommen wird, daß die sektoriellen Bereiche sich wiederholend auf den Körpern angeordnet werden und bei der Formgebung in einer ausgewählten Rasterung wechselweise konkav eingezogene Sohlenbereiche und konvex ausgestülpte Scheitelbereiche bildende Strukturen ausgeformt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beeinflussten Bereiche entlang der Bewegungsrichtung der Kräfte soweit verformt werden, dass Sohlenbereiche hergestellt sind, die sich gegenüber sich erhaben ausformenden Scheitelbereichen elastisch abstützen, wobei die eingetragenen Verformungskräfte durch die in der erzeugten Oberflächenstruktur gebildeten statischen Kräfte aufgenommen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einwirkende Kraft kurzzeitig und impulsartig sowie in ihrer Tiefenerstreckung begrenzt, auf den Körper zur Einwirkung gebracht wird, wobei eine dauernde Formeinhaltung durch die Einwirkung der verformenden Kraft im Bereich einer elastischen Verformung erzielt wird, die in den partiellen Verformungsbereichen der konkav eingezogenen und konvex ausgestülpten Strukturen bis in einen plastischen Bereich überführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sohlenbereiche eine Tiefe erhalten, mit der ein vektoriell in der Richtung der neutralen Faser des Körpers wirkender Druck zur Ausstellung der Scheitelbereiche der Struktur erhalten wird.
- Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass durch die Strukturumbildung der Oberfläche des Körpers eine in der Richtung in und auf die neutrale Faser horizontal verlaufende Spannungsebene erhalten wird.
