Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Formgebung von Körpern durch eine strukturierende Umbildung ihrer Oberflächenstruktur. Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zu Grunde, ein gattungsgemäßes Verfahren und eine Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens zu schaffen, mittels denen die Herstellung von Oberflächenstrukturen von Körpern durch wechselnde Verformungsintensitäten durchgeführt werden kann. Die Erfindung löst die Aufgabe durch ein Verfahren zur Formgebung von Körpern und partiell auf den Körper gerichteter Kräfte, bei dem die Krafteintragung auf einen ausgewählten sektoriellen Bereich des Körpers gelenkt, in diesen in ihrer Größe sowie sektoriellen Erstreckung soweit hineingeführt und so lange gehalten wird, die erforderlich ist, die partielle Formgebung in der vorgesehenen Kontur zu vollenden, wobei nach einem Zurücknehmen der verformenden Kraft die Rückstellkraft in der Kontur der verformten Körperpartie vom Körper bleibend aufgenommen wird und die sektoriellen Bereiche sich wiederholend, auf dem Körper angeordnet werden, wobei bei der Formgebung in einer ausgewählten Rasterung wechselweise konkav eingezogene Sohlenbereiche und konvex ausgestülpte Scheitelbereiche bildende Strukturen ausgeformt werden und die eingetragenen Verformungskräfte durch die in der erzeugten Oberflächenstruktur gebildeten statischen Kräfte aufgenommen werden. Das Verfahren wird weitestgehend durch eine Vorrichtung angewendet, die einen inneren und äußeren, konzentrisch zueinander angeordneten Grundkörper aufweist, mit denen Hebel radial gerichtet, beweglich verbunden sind. Die Hebel weisen Formstücke auf, die tangetial gegen die Werkstückoberseite, diese führend und zentrierend, gerichtet sind. Bei einer Schwenkbewegung des äußeren Grundkörpers um den inneren Grundkörper werden die Formstücke radial und tangetial in das Werkstück, dessen Oberfläche strukturierend, bewegt.
