Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARAESMERILHAR PEçAS DE TRABALHO COM TRABALHO DEPRECISãO REALIZADO AO MESMO TEMPO QUE OESMERILHAMENTO". A presente invenção refere-se a umaparelho e método para esmerilhamento de uma peça de trabalho,especialmente a peça de um eixo. De acordo com o método dainvenção, a peça de trabalho é fixada em um lugar para trabalhode esmerilhamento e sua geometria é subseq³entementeesmerilhada de forma a manter sua dimensão e formato. De acordocom a invenção pelo menos uma parte da superfície da peça detrabalho é pelo menos parcialmente trabalhada com precisão, aomesmo tempo que o esmerilhamento. O aparelho de acordo com ainvenção compreende um cabeçote de fuso de peça de trabalho eum cabeçote móvel para fixar a peça de trabalho no lugar assimcomo, uma unidade de esmerilhamento com uma roda deesmerilhamento para esmerilhamento da peça de trabalho. Aunidade de esmerilhamento e a peça de trabalho são montadas deforma móvel em relação uma à outra de uma maneira controlada. Oaparelho de acordo com a invenção possui uma unidade detrabalho de precisão que pode ser movida de acordo com ageometria da peça de trabalho de modo que, pelo menos, umaparte da superfície da peça de trabalho seja capaz de sofrertrabalho de precisão.
