Claims (15)
- Dispositif pour enlever des plaques (2) ayant des extrémités (3, 4) lisses, chanfreinés, d'un cylindre (1) d'une machine à imprimer rotative, le cylindre (1) étant muni, pour recevoir les branches (11,12) des extrémités (3, 4) chanfreinées de la plaque (2), d'une fente d'insertion (8) étroite, s'étendant axialement, pour loger les branches (11, 12) des extrémités chanfreinés (3, 4) de la plaque (2), fente d'insertion reliée à un évidemment (16) s'étendant en direction axiale, dans l'évidemment (16) étant prévu un support (18) susceptible de pivoter autour de son axe longitudinal (17), muni d'une pluralité de pièces de serrage (G) montées élastiquement, pressant contre une extrémité chanfreinée (12) de la plaque (2), et les pièces de serrage (G) étant déplaçables dans la direction radiale du support (18), caractérisé en ce que l'ensemble des pièces de serrage (G), ou bien une partie des pièces de serrage (G), présentent une saillie (21), susceptible d'être mise en contact avec une face frontale (5) de l'extrémité (20, 34) d'une branche (12) en expulsion, ou bien. d'une face frontale (10), distante de l'extrémité de branche, d'une ouverture (31) ménagée dans l'extrémité (20, 34) de la branche (12) en expulsion.
- Dispositif pour enlever des plaques (2) ayant des extrémités (3, 4) lisses, chanfreinés, d'un cylindre (1) d'une machine à imprimer rotative, le cylindre (1) étant muni, pour recevoir les branches (11,12) des extrémités (3, 4) chanfreinées de la plaque (2), d'une fente d'insertion (8) étroite, s'étendant axialement, reliée à un évidemment (16) s'étendant en direction axiale, dans l'évidemment (16) étant prévu un support (18) susceptible de pivoter autour de son axe longitudinal (17), muni d'une pluralité de pièces de serrage (G) montées élastiquement, pressant contre une extrémité chanfreinée (12) de la plaque (2), caractérisé en ce que, outre une pluralité de pièces de serrage (G), exerçant une pure fonction de serrage, est en outre prévue une pluralité de bandes d'expulsion (22) montées élastiquement, exerçant une fonction d'expulsion, s'étendant en direction axiale et radiale, ou bien en direction sécantielle, en ce que les bandes d'expulsion (22) présentent une face d'expulsion (15), susceptible d'être mise en contact avec une face frontale (5) de l'extrémité (20, 34) d'une branche (12) en expulsion, ou avec une face frontale (10), éloignée de l'extrémité de branche, d'une ouverture (31) ménagée dans l'extrémité (20, 34) de la branche (12) en expulsion, en ce que des ressorts de compression (27) sont disposés entre la bande d'expulsion (22) et le support (18).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que le support (18) est réalisé sous forme de broche (18).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les crochets ou saillies (21) sont disposées sur une bande d'expulsion (22) s'étendant en direction axiale.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'expulsion (22) est disposée dans une rainure axiale (23) de la broche (18).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que, en partant du fond de la rainure (23), en direction radiale du support (18), sont prévus des perçages à trou borgne (26) pour loger des ressorts de compression (27) agissant contre la bande d'expulsion (22) et/ou la bande de serrage (G).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la bande de serrage (G) s'étend sur toute la longueur de la rainure (23).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que dans la rainure (23) est prévue une pluralité (n) de bandes d'expulsion (22).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de serrage (G) ont une section transversale ronde.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les pièces de serrage (G) présentent une section transversale du genre d'un demi-disque à étagement, sur la face frontale (25), tournée vers la fente (8), des pièces de serrage (G) (figure 1, figure 2)
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les bandes d'expulsion (22) présentent une section transversale carrée et/ou rectangulaire et/ou présentent, sur la face frontale (25), tournée vers la fente (8), des bandes d'expulsion (22), une section transversale du genre d'un demi-disque à étagement (figure 1, figure 2).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une arête avant (29) des saillies (21) presse contre la branche (12) de l'extrémité arrière (4) lors du processus d'expulsion des branches (11, 12) chanfreinées.
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'arête avant (29) des saillies (21) agit contre l'extrémité (34) de la branche (12), pendant l'expulsion de la branche (12) de l'extrémité arrière (4).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'arête avant (29) des saillies (21) agit contre une face frontale (10) se trouvant dans un évidemment (31) de la branche (12), pendant l'expulsion de la branche (12) de l'extrémité arrière (4).
- Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que la bande d'expulsion (22) présente, en plus dispositif (25) pour expulser une branche (12), un dispositif (21) présentant une courbure, afin de serrer les deux branches (11 ; 12).
