Claims (10)

  1. Procédé pour mettre en forme et diviser en portions un produit mou et pâteux à l'intérieur d'un enveloppe tubulaire en matériau en forme de film, selon lequel le produit enveloppé est amené dans une station de mise en forme et de division en portions et quitte cette station sous une forme divisée en portions, ledit produit enveloppé, juste avant d'entrer dans ladite station de mise en forme et de division en portions (9), traverse une station de dosage (5) pourvue de rouleaux (6, 7), et l'écartement des rouleaux est réglable, caractérisé en ce que dans la station de dosage (5), les deux rouleaux (6, 7) sont entraínés, la quantité de produit amené, par unité de temps, dans la station de mise en forme et de division en portions (9) étant dosée à l'aide de cette station de dosage, et en ce que le réglage de l'écartement des rouleaux (6, 7) est obtenu grâce à un montage excentrique de l'axe (15 ; 16) par rapport à l'un au moins des rouleaux (6, 7).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dosage se fait grâce aux rouleaux rotatifs (6, 7) qui sont disposés, parallèles axialement, avec un écartement mutuel.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (6, 7) tournent en sens inverse.

  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que la station de dosage (5) se compose de rouleaux (6, 7) qui sont disposés, parallèles axialement, avec un écartement mutuel.
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que les rouleaux (6, 7) sont entraínés en sens inverse grâce à un entraínement.
