Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur drehfesten Halterung einer Gelenkachse (1) am festen Lagerteil (2) eines Scharniers, wobei das Lagerteil (2) an einer vorderen Fläche (2a) zwei Lager (3) aufweist mit je einem Loch (4) für den Durchtritt der Gelenkachse (1) und einer Bohrung (6), die sich in einer zur Gelenkachse (1) rechtwinkligen Achse von einer von der vorderen Fläche (2a) weggerichteten hinteren Fläche (2b) bis zum Loch (4) des Lagers (3) erstreckt, einer Ausnehmung (7), die sich durch das Lagerteil (2) in einem Endbereich (2') desselben erstreckt, wobei die Vorrichtung ferner umfaßt einen Positionierarm (12), der sich durch die Bohrung (6) erstreckt und in das Loch (4) des entsprechenden Lagers (3) vorsteht, und mindestens ein Blockierorgan (13), das in der Ausnehmung (7) untergebracht ist und einen Blockierabschnitt (14) aufweist, der sich zu einem Ende (1a) der Gelenkachse (1) hin erstreckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lagerteil (2) an seiner hinteren Fläche (2b) an mindestens einem Endbereich (2') einen Hohlraum (5) aufweist, in den die jeweilige Bohrung (6) und Ausnehmung (7) ausmünden, daß die Vorrichtung mindestens ein Sicherungselement (10) umfaßt mit einer elastischen Basis (11), die zur Unterbringung in dem Hohlraum (5) angepaßt ist und die den zur Unterbringung in der Bohrung (6) angepaßten Positionierarm und das zur Unterbringung in der Ausnehmung (7) angepaßte Blockierorgan (13) aufweist, wobei das Blockierorgan (13) entweder mit der elastischen Basis (11) fest zusammenhängt oder von einer Nocke (13) gebildet ist, die in der Ausnehmung (7) drehbar gelagert ist zwischen einer Freigabeposition, in welcher der Blokkierabschnitt (14) der Nocke (13) in der Ausnehmung (7) aufgenommen ist, und einer Blockierposition, in der der Blockierabschnitt (14) der Nocke (13) sich zum einen Ende (1a) der Gelenkachse (1) hin erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Ende (12a) des Positionierarms (12) sich in eine Nut (1c) in der Gelenkachse (1) hinein erstreckt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie zwei Sicherungselemente (10) aufweist mit je einem Positionierarm (12), der in das Loch (4) des entsprechenden Lagers (3) hineinragt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mit der elastischen Basis (11) fest verbundene Blockierorgan (13) einen Finger (15) aufweist, der in der Ausnehmung (7) eines Endbereiches (2') des Lagerteils (2) aufgenommen ist und einen Blockierabschnitt (14) aufweist, der zur Mitte des Lagerteils (2) hin umgebogen und geeignet ist, auszuweichen beim Durchtritt der Gelenkachse (1), wenn diese sich von dem Endteil (2') zur Mitte des Lagerteils (2) hin bewegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Blockierorgan (13) eine Nut (16) aufweist, die an der Verbindungsstelle des Fingers (15) und des umgebogenen Blockierabschnitts (14) auf einer Außenfläche des Fingers (15) ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
bei der das Blockierorgan (13) eine drehbar in der Ausnehmung (7) gelagerte Nocke (13) ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Endfläche (2c) des Lagerteils (2) einen Schlitz (17) in einer Ebene quer zur Gelenkachse (1) aufweist, wobei sich der Blockierabschnitt (14) in diesem Schlitz (17) bewegt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (17) die Form eines Winkelsektors hat, mit einem Öffnungswinkel zwischen 45° und 90° in der genannten Querebene. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die elastische Basis (11) eine Abdeckung an der hinteren Fläche (2b) des Lagerteils (2) bildet.
