Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Transport von Bogen in bogenverarbeitenden Maschinen mit einem Bändertisch, um den Bändertisch umlaufenden Transportbändern, Transportrollen zur Führung der Transportbänder an dem Bändertisch und Einrichtungen zur Veränderung des Durchmessers wenigstens einer angetriebenen Transportrolle,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß innerhalb einer Transportrolle (4) ein elastisches Dehnelement (10) aus Metall vorgesehen ist, das im Bereich einer äußeren Lauffläche (20), die mittelbar oder unmittelbar der Führung wenigstens eines Transportbandes (2) dient, einen geschwächten Bereich aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dehnelement (10) die Form eines im Querschnitt U-förmigen Metallbalges hat. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dehnelement (10) mit zwei konzentrischen, stirnseitigen Flanken (21) und einer im wesentlichen zylindrischen, die Flanken (21) verbindenden und eine Lauffläche (20) bildenden Mantelfläche versehen ist, wobei wenigstens im Bereich seiner Lauffläche (20) parallel zu seiner Rotationsachse mit Dehnfugen (22) versehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dehnelement (10) mit zwei konzentrischen, stirnseitigen Flanken (21) und einem im wesentlichen zylindrischen, die Flanken (21) verbindenden und eine Lauffläche (20) bildenden Mantel versehen ist, wobei der Mantel im Querschnitt von beiden Flanken (21) zur Mitte der Lauffläche (20) des Dehnelementes (10) hin sich verjüngend ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach den Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dehnelement (10) im Bereich der stirnseitigen Flanken (21) mit Öffnungen (23) versehen ist, und die Dehnfugen (21) in den vorzugsweise kreisförmigen Öffnungen (23) münden. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Verstellung des Durchmessers als axial von innen oder außen auf die Flanken (21) des Dehnelementes (10) wirkende Stelleinrichtung ausgebildet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zur Verstellung des Durchmessers als radial von innen auf die Mantelfläche des Dehnelementes (10) wirkende Stelleinrichtung ausgebildet ist.
