Claims (16)
- Vorrichtung zum Satinieren einer Folie, mit einem Paar von Satinierwalzen mit gleichartiger Zahnung, welche mit einem Antrieb verbunden und gemeinsam antreibbar sind, wobei die Walzen nachgiebig gegeneinander anpressbar sind, gekennzeichnet durch einen Betriebszustand, in welchem die Walzen gegenseitig beweglich und in gegenseitige Lagen mit bestimmter gegenseitiger Eingriffsstellung der Walzenzahnungen verschiebbar sind, um einen selbststabilisierenden Betrieb zu ermöglichen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die eine Walze antreibbar und die andere frei drehbar und durch die eine durch Ineinandergreifen der Walzenzahnungen antreibbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen gegenseitig axial beweglich sind, vorzugsweise die frei drehbare Walze mit axialem Spiel angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen in den stabilen gegenseitigen Lagen mit maximaler Eingriffstiefe ineinandergreifen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei stabiler gegenseitiger Lage jeder Zahn jeder Walze symmetrisch zwischen vier Zähnen der gegenüberliegenden Walze steht.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen pyramidenförmige Zähne mit abgeflachter Spitze aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanten der Zähne gebrochen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abflachung mindestens 2 %, vorzugsweise 5 bis 25 % der Zahnhöhe beträgt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen Zähne unterschiedlicher Höhe aufweisen, wobei vorzugsweise die frei drehbare Walze die niedrigeren Zähne aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Mittel zur gegenseitigen Vororientierung der Walzen vorgesehen sind, die beim Zusammenführen der Walzen ineinandergreifen oder als Getriebe mit Spiel zwischen den beiden Walzen wirken.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, gekennzeichnet durch Mittel zum Aufheben der gegenseitigen Beweglichkeit der Walzen bei erreichter bestimmter gegenseitiger Eingriffsstellung, z. B. zum Aufheben des axialen gegenseitigen Spiels oder zum Einkuppeln eines zwischen den Walzen angeordneten Getriebes.
- Verwendung der Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 zum Satinieren von Folien, die vorwiegend aus Papier bestehen.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung der Walzen der Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zahnung nach erfolgter formgebender Bearbeitung einem Materialabtrag unterworfen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Materialabtrag durch Aetzen, galvanischen Abtrag oder dergleichen erfolgt.
- Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Vorrichtung zum Satinieren einer Folie mit einem Paar von Satinierwalzen mit gleichartigen, im Betrieb ineinandergreifenden Zahnungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen im stationären Dauerbetrieb in einer gegenseitigen Stellung betrieben werden, in welchem im Eingriffsbereich der Walzen jeder Zahn jeder Walze mindestens annähernd symmetrisch zwischen vier Zähnen der anderen Walze steht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen mindestens während der Betriebsaufnahme in Drehung versetzt und gegeneinander geführt werden, um sie dabei in eine bestimmte, stabile gegenseitige Eingriffsstellung zu bringen, in welcher sie während des Dauerbetriebs verbleiben.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen nach Erreichen der stabilen Eingriffsstellung in dieser gegenseitigen Stellung durch Aufheben des gegenseitigen Spiels in axialer und/oder Umfangsrichtung verriegelt werden.
