Claims (15)
- Vorrichtung zum Prägen und Satinieren von Verpackungsfolien mit mindestens einer ersten und einer zweiten Prägewalze, zwischen denen das Flachmaterial unter Druck durchführbar ist, um ein Muster zu erzeugen, wobei der zweiten Prägewalze (3) mindestens eine weitere, mit der ersten (2) oder vorgehenden (3) Prägewalze zusammenwirkende Prägewalze (4) nachgeschaltet ist, zwischen denen die bemusterte Folie (6) durchführbar ist, um in einer Nachprägung das im wesentlichen gleiche Muster zu erhalten, wobei sämtliche Prägewalzen die gleiche Verzahnung (8, 16) aufweisen und sich im stabilisierten Zustand jeweils ein Zahn (8, 16) zwischen vier benachbarten Zähnen befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägewalzen über Synchronisationsmittel (13, 14, 15) miteinander synchronisiert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der nicht angetriebenen Prägewalzen (3, 4) derart gelagert ist, dass sie in Längsrichtung der Achse und/oder in der Anpressrichtung und/oder in der Laufrichtung des zu prägenden Materials (6) auslenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht angetriebenen Prägewalzen einzeln oder in Gruppen oder gemeinsam auslenkbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Gravur auf der angetriebenen Prägewalze (2) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Gravur auf den nicht angetriebenen Prägewalzen (3,4) befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Prägedruck auf allen nicht angetriebenen Prägewalzen gleich oder auf jeder Prägewalze einzeln, gruppenweise oder gemeinsam eingestellt und unterschiedlich variiert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich auf einer oder mehreren der nicht angetriebenen Prägewalzen eine zur Gravur der angetriebenen Prägewalze inverse Gravur befindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede nicht angetriebene Walze die inverse Gravur der vorhergehenden Prägewalze aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich auf einer oder mehreren der nicht angetriebenen Prägewalzen eine gleichartige Gravur wie auf der angetriebenen Prägewalze befindet, welche flächenmässig gleich oder umfassender ist als die Gravur auf der angetriebenen Prägewalze.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, für nicht-synchronisierte Prägewalzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Walzen gleiche oder ungleiche Durchmesser und/oder Längen aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10 für synchronisierte Prägewalzen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägewalzen gleiche Durchmesser oder Durchmesser aufweisen, die in einem ganzzahligen Verhältnis zueinander stehen und gleiche oder unterschiedliche Längen aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die nicht angetriebenen Walzen einzeln, in Gruppen oder alle miteinander mit der angetriebenen Prägewalze in Eingriff bringbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens eine der Prägewalzen in einer Wechseleinheit enthalten ist, die in das Lagergestell einsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Prägewalzen einzeln, in Gruppen oder gemeinsam in einer Wechseleinheit angeordnet sind.
