Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum kontinuierlichen Anlegen eines Straßenrandes, bei dem mindestens eine der Seiten (12, 14 oder 16) eine reflektierende Oberfläche aufweist, die mindestens teilweise aus einer Schicht von nebeneinanderliegenden transparenten sphärischen Kugeln (18) besteht, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Schritte:
    Gießen des Materials, das den Rand bilden soll, an der Stelle, an der dieser Rand angelegt werden soll,
    Formen des Randes, um ihm seine endgültige Form zu verleihen,
    Gießen der Kugeln auf mindestens eine der Seiten des Randes und
    Einpressen der Kugeln in das Material auf dieser Seite, die dazu bestimmt ist, reflektierend zu sein, durch Ausüben eines Drucks, der von der Formbarkeit dieses Materials abhängt.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die transparenten Kugeln (18) Glaskugeln sind.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, bei dem die Glaskugeln (18) eine Größe haben, die von 100 µ bis 2 mm variiert.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1, 2 oder 3, bei dem alle Seiten (12, 14, 16) des Randes mindestens einen reflektierenden Flächenteil besitzen, der aus transparenten sphärischen Kugeln besteht.
  5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, bei dem die Flächen aller Seiten (12, 14, 16) des Randes durch Einpressen von Kugeln reflektierend gemacht sind.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, bei dem das den Rand bildende Material Beton (20) ist.
  7. Maschine zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie von vorne nach hinten folgendes aufweist:
    eine Einrichtung (30) zum Gießen des Materials (32), das den Rand bilden soll, wie z.B. Beton,
    eine Einrichtung (36) zum Formen des auf diese Weise gegossenen Materials zur Bildung des Randes in seiner endgültigen Form,
    eine Einrichtung (38) zur Zufuhr der Kugeln auf mindestens eine der Seiten des geformten Randes und
    eine Einrichtung (42, 44) zum Einpressen der Kugeln in das den Rand bildende Material durch Ausüben eines Drucks, der von der Formbarkeit des Materials abhängig ist.
  8. Maschine nach Anspruch 7, bei der die Einrichtung zum Einpressen der Kugeln mindestens eine Ebene (44) umfasst, die bezüglich der Seite des Randes, die Kugeln erhalten soll, nach hinten geneigt ist, so daß diese Kugeln in die Oberfläche des den Rand bildenden Materials eingepresst werden.
  9. Maschine nach Anspruch 8, bei der die Neigung der geneigten Ebene durch eine Stelleinrichtung (46) in Abhängigkeit von der Formbarkeit des Materials (20) verändert werden kann.
  10. Maschine nach Anspruch 9, bei der die Stelleinrichtung (46) die Änderung der Neigung der geneigten Ebene (44) zwischen 2 und 10° gestattet.
