Claims (18)
- Montagesystem für Platten zur Fassadenverkleidung von Gebäuden und zur unsichtbaren Befestigung der Platten auf Profilen, die mit einer Gebäudewand verbunden sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Montagesystem (1) aus Basisprofilen (2;3) und Verbindungsprofilen (4;5) besteht, die an Vertikalprofilen (6) horizontal befestigt sind, wobei die Vertikalprofile (6) mit der Gebäudewand (7) verbunden sind, daß jedes Basisprofil (2;3) einen U-ähnlichen Querschnitt aufweist, bei dem der von der Gebäudewand weiter entfernte, nach oben gerichtete Schenkel (8) des Querschnitts kürzer als der an den Vertikalprofilen (6) befestigte Schenkel (9) ist und daß jedes Verbindungsprofil (4,5) einen kurzen, nach oben und nach unten gerichteten Schenkel (10) hat, der von der Gebäudewand weiter entfernt ist als ein vertikaler Schenkel (11) der mit den Vertikalprofilen (6) verbunden ist, wobei am unteren Ende dieses vertikalen Schenkels (11) ein horizontaler Schenkel (22, 24) anschließt, der ein flexible elastische Einlage (13) an seinem offenen Ende aufweist.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Basisprofil (2) aus den beiden vertikalen Schenkeln (8,9) unterschiedlicher Längen besteht , die durch einen horizontalen Schenkel (14) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Basisprofil (3) aus dem vertikalen Schenkel (9) mit abgewinkeltem horizontalem oberen Ende (15), einem von dem Schenkel (9) abgewinkelten horizontalen Schenkel (16) und einem an dem horizontalen Schenkel (16) befestigten Hohlprofil (17) mit rechteckigem Querschnitt besteht.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Außenseiten (18, 19) des Hohlprofils (17) sich als vertikaler Schenkel (8) und horizontaler Schenkel (20) über das Hohlprofil hinaus erstrecken.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsprofil (4) aus dem nach oben und nach unten gerichteten Schenkel (10),einem oberen horizontalen geraden Schenkel (21), dem vertikalen Schenkel (11) und einem unteren horizontalen Schenkel (22) besteht, wobei der untere Schenkel (22) an seinem offenen Ende (26) klauenartig aufgeweitet ist und die Einlage (13) aufnimmt.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere horizontale Schenkel (22) unter Einschluß seines offenen klauenartigen Endes (26) und der Einlage (13) kürzer als der obere horizontale Schenkel (21) ist.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungsprofil (5) aus dem nach oben und nach nach unten gerichteten Schenkel (10), einem oberen horizontalen, geknickten Schenkel (23), dem vertikalen Schenkel (11) und einem unteren horizontalen Schenkel (24) besteht, wobei an dem unteren Schenkel ein Hohlprofil (25) mit rechteckigem Querschnitt befestigt ist.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von dem vertikalen Schenkel (11) abgewendete Außenseite (27) des Hohlprofils (25) klauenartig geformt ist und die Einlage (13) aufnimmt.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere horizontale Schenkel (24) zusammen mit dem Hohlprofil (25) und der Einlage (13) kürzer als der obere horizontale geknickte Schenkel (23) ist.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterste Platten (12) der Fassadenverkleidung auf der Innenseite einen Einschnitt (28) und eine Nut (29) aufweisen, die mit dem nach oben gerichteten vertikalen Schenkel (8) des Basisprofils (2, 3) im Eingriff ist und daß die untersten Platten (12) die Basisprofile (2, 3) vollständig abdecken.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlage (13) des Verbindungsprofils (4; 5) an der Innenseite der Platte (12) und ein Steg (31) auf der Oberseite dieser Platte (12) an der Innenseite des nach unten gerichteten Schenkels (10) des Verbindungsprofils anliegt.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Platten (30) auf der Innenseite mit einem Einschnitt (32) und einer Nut (33) ausgestattet sind, in die der nach oben gerichtete Teil des vertikalen Schenkels (10) des Verbindungsprofils (4; 5) eingreift und daß die Platten (30) die Verbindungsprofile (4; 5) abdecken.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Abschlußprofile der Fassadenverkleidung Verbindungsprofile (4; 5) sind.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Basisprofile (2; 3) Öffnungen (34) im horizontalen Schenkel (14; 16) aufweisen.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungsprofile (4; 5) Öffnungen (35) im vertikalen Schenkel (11), der mit den Vertikalprofilen (6) verbunden ist, aufweisen.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die rechteckigen Hohlprofile (17) benachbarter Basisprofile (3) ein Rechteckprofil (36) eingeschoben und mit zumindest einem der Basisprofile (3) fest verbunden ist.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in die rechteckigen Hohlprofile (25) benachbarter Verbindungsprofile (5) ein Rechteckprofil (37) eingeschoben und mit zumindest einem der Verbindungsprofile (5) fest verbunden ist.
- Montagesystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere horizontale Schenkel (23) des Verbindungsprofils (5) eine schräge Unterseite aufweist und der vertikale Schenkel (11) im Vergleich zu einem weiteren vertikalen Schenkel (10) und einem unteren horizontalen Schenkel (24) verstärkt ist.
