Claims (12)
- Installation d'injection de carburant pour injecter du carburant dans un moteur à combustion interne comprenant :au moins un injecteur (1) ayant un segment d'alimentation (3) avec un orifice d'entrée de carburant (14) et,une conduite de distribution de carburant (4) qui, pour chaque injecteur de carburant (1) comporte un orifice de sortie de carburant (10) destiné à être relié à l'orifice d'entrée de carburant (14) de l'injecteur (1) et un ajutage de liaison (15) relié en aval à l'orifice de sortie de carburant (10), alors quepour assurer la liaison étanche de l'orifice d'entrée de carburant (14), chaque injecteur (1) est muni d'un dispositif de liaison (18, 20) avec l'orifice de sortie de carburant (10) associé de la conduite de distribution de carburant (4), avecun support de joint (20) annulaire comportant un premier élément d'étanchéité (28) pour assurer l'étanchéité du support de joint (20) par rapport au segment d'alimentation (3) de l'injecteur (1) et un second élément d'étanchéité (32) pour assurer l'étanchéité du support de joint (20) par rapport à l'ajutage de liaison (5) de la conduite de distribution de carburant (4),

caractérisée en ce que
la seconde rainure (31) est réalisée dans la surface enveloppe (30) du support de joint (20), dirigée axialement et qui se situe en regard de la paroi (29) de l'ajutage de liaison (5). - Installation d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6,
caractérisée en ce que
la douille (18) comporte un perçage longitudinal (19) traversant pour le passage du carburant. - Installation d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7,
caractérisée en ce que
le support de joint annulaire (20) comporte un perçage traversant (22) dans lequel passe un segment de passage (23) de la douille (18) et le diamètre intérieur (d2) du perçage traversant (22) du support de joint (20) est plus grand que le diamètre extérieur (d1) du segment (23) de la douille (18) qui traverse. - Installation d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8,
caractérisée en ce que
la douille (18) est placée dans l'orifice d'entrée de carburant (14) de l'injecteur (1) de façon que le support de joint (20) soit mobile axialement entre la collerette amont (21) de la douille (18) et le segment d'alimentation (3) de l'injecteur (1), avec un jeu (b) prédéterminé. - Installation d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9,
caractérisée en ce que
le dispositif de liaison (18, 20) peut être introduit dans l'ajutage de liaison (5) de la conduite de distribution de carburant (4). - Installation d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10,
caractérisée en ce que
les éléments d'étanchéité (28, 32) sont des joints annulaires. - Installation d'injection de carburant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11,
