Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Zubringen von Druckereierzeugnissen, wie Zeitungen, Zeitschriften, Broschüren und dergleichen, sowie Beilagen zu solchen Druckereierzeugnissen, zu einer Abgabestelle (21), mit einem als Quelle (Z), für Druckereierzeugnisse (4) dienenden Produktewickel (6) oder Stapel, in dem die Druckereierzeugnisse (4) gespeichert sind, mit gegebener, beschränkter Speicherkapazität und einer Förderanordnung (3), die die von der Quelle (Z) gelieferten Druckereierzeugnisse (4) wegführt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer Abgabestelle (21) eine Verarbeitungsstation (2) zugeordnet ist, an der die von der Förderanordnung (3) an der Abgabestelle (21) abgegebenen Druckereierzeugnisse (4) verarbeitet werden, dass die Förderanordnung (3) eine Anzahl von einzelnen, entlang einer Förderstrecke (14) bewegten Transportorganen (13) zum Transportieren der Druckereierzeugnisse (4) zur Abgabestelle (21) aufweist, deren gegenseitiger Abstand veränderbar ist, und dass die Förderstrecke einen der Abgabestelle (21) vorgelagerten, die Zufuhr von Druckereierzeugnissen (4) zur Abgabestelle (21) bei einem Unterbruch der Lieferung von Druckereierzeugnissen (4) von der Quelle (Z) her sicherstellenden Pufferabschnitt (23) aufweist, entlang dem die Transportorgane (13) unter Verkleinerung ihres gegenseitigen Abstandes vorübergehend gepuffert und aus dem heraus die Transportorgane (13) kontinuierlich zur Abgabestelle (21) bewegt werden, wobei der Pufferabschnitt (23) während eines Unterbruches der Lieferung von Druckereierzeugnissen (4) von der Quelle (Z) her abgebaut und bei einer Wiederaufnahme der Lieferung von Druckereierzeugnissen (4) von der Quelle (Z) her wieder aufgefüllt wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderstrecke (14) als geschlossene Schleife ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportorgane (13) unabhängig voneinander entlang der Förderstrecke (14) bewegbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportorgane (13) steuerbare Greifer (15) zum Halten der Druckereierzeugnisse (4) auweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, gekennzeichnet durch einen die von der Quelle (Z) gelieferten Druckereierzeugnisse (4) übernehmenden Förderer (9), der die Druckereierzeugnisse (4) zu einer Uebergabestelle (11) bringt, an der die Druckereierzeugnisse (4) von den Transportorganen (13) übernommen werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Produktewickel (6) drehbar in einem verfahrbaren Gestell (7) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abgabestelle (21) eine Eintakteinrichtung (22) zugeordnet ist, welche ein Zuführen der Transportorgane (13) aus dem Pufferabschnitt (23) zur Abgabestelle (21) in einer bestimmten Taktfolge bewirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderstrecke (14) abfallende Abschnitte (18-18c) aufweist, entlang der die Transportorgane (13) vorzugsweise unter Schwerkrafteinwirkung bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderstrecke (14) ansteigende Abschnitte (17, 17a) aufweist, entlang der die Transportorgane (13) mittels Fördermitteln (19, 19a) bewegt werden.
- Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Förderstrecke (14) sowohl abfallende wie auch ansteigende Abschnitte (18-18c; 17, 17a) aufweist und dass im Uebergang von einem abfallenden Abschnitt (18, 18c) zu einem anschliessenden ansteigenden Abschnitt (17, 17a) eine Speicherstrecke (24, 24a) vorgesehen ist, entlang der die Transportorgane (13) gepuffert werden.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-10, gekennzeichnet durch eine an der Förderstrecke (14) angeordnete, steuerbare Abzweigstelle (25) zum Ausschleusen von einzelnen, leeren Transportorganen (13') aus der Förderstrecke (14), und eine der Abgabestelle (21) nachgeschaltete Einführstelle (27) zum Einschleusen der an der Abzweigstelle (25) ausgeschleusten leeren Transportorgane (13') in die Förderstrecke (14).
