Claims (6)
- Dresseuse à galets pour le dressage d'un profil laminé (1), comportantune entrée de profil (2) servant à l'introduction du profil laminé (1) dans la dresseuse à galets etune série de galets cintreurs (4) servant au dressage du profil laminé (1),la dresseuse à galets présente au moins un rouleau de dégagement (5) positionnable à l'aide d'un élément de positionnement (13) pour le guidage du profil laminé dressé (1),en aval du rouleau de dégagement (5), à une distance prédéfinie (x1, x2, x3) du rouleau de dégagement (5), est installé un dispositif de capteurs de position (7) servant à détecter la position du profil laminé (1),le dispositif de capteurs de position (7) servant à communiquer la position est relié à un régulateur de positionnement (11) pour le rouleau de dégagement (5),le régulateur (11) détermine à partir de la position détectée un signal de positionnement pour l'élément de positionnement (13) et l'envoie à l'élément de positionnement (13), et quel'élément de positionnement (13) positionne le rouleau de dégagement (5) en fonction du signal de positionnement.

caractérisée en ce que
le régulateur (11) est conçu sous forme d'un régulateur à contribution intégrale. - Dresseuse à galets selon la revendication 1 ou 2,
caractérisée en ce que
le dispositif de capteurs de position (7) présente au moins un laser (8) et au moins une cellule photoélectrique (9). - Dresseuse à galets selon la revendication 1, 2 ou 3,
caractérisée en ce que
le dispositif de capteurs de position (7) détermine la position du profil laminé (1) par triangulation. - Dresseuse à galets selon une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
le régulateur (11) présente une amplification de réglage (V) réglable. - Dresseuse à galets selon une des revendications précédentes,
caractérisée en ce que
on fait varier la position du profil laminé (1) dans le sens vertical en positionnant le rouleau de dégagement (5) et qu'on prend en considération, lors de la détermination du signal de positionnement pour l'élément de positionnement (13), une flexion de référence du profil laminé (1).
