Claims (8)
- Kühlsystem für Kraftfahrzeuge mit einer als Radialpumpe ausgebildeten Kühlwasserpumpe und einem Thermostat (5) zur Regelung der Kühlung, der in einem Thermostatgehäuse (1b) eingebaut ist, wobei die Kühlwasserpumpe (2) ein saugseitiges Gehäuse (1a) aufweist, das einstückig mit dem Thermostatgehäuse (1b) ausgebildet ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an einem Anschlußteil (18) für den Heizungsrücklauf einstückig ein Strömungsumlenkbügel (19) ausgebildet ist, der den Thermostat (5) teilweise umgibt.
- Kühlsystem nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Halterung (4a) für den Thermostat (5) einstückig mit einem Lagerteil (4) für die Kühlwasserpumpe (2) ausgebildet ist.
- Kühlsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein druckseitiges Gehäuse (9a, 9b) der Kühlwasserpumpe (2) zum einen Teil von dem Bauteil (1) gebildet wird, der das saugseitige Gehäuse (1a) bildet, und zum anderen Teil vom Lagerteil (4) gebildet wird.
- Kühlsystem nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtebene zwischen dem saugseitigen Gehäuse (1a) und dem Lagerteil (4) das druckseitige Gehäuse (9a, 9b) im wesentlichen entlang einer mittleren Ebene teilt.
- Kühlsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Anschlußteil (18) für einen Heizungsrücklauf vorgesehen ist, der an einer Flanschfläche (17) am Thermostatgehäuse (1b) befestigt ist, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Axialrichtung des Thermostats (5) orientiert ist.
- Kühlsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlußteil (18) für den Heizungsrücklauf so ausgerichtet ist, daß der Thermostat (5) im wesentlichen rechtwinkelig zu seiner Achse angeströmt wird.
- Kühlsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Strömungsumlenkbügel (19) einstückig mit einem Befestigungsteil ausgebildet ist, an dem ein Anschlußteil (18) für einen Heizungsrücklauf in zwei unterschiedlichen Orientierungen befestigbar ist.
- Kühlsystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das saugseitige Gehäuse als Teil des Motorblocks oder des Zylinderkopfs einer Brennkraftmaschine ausgebildet ist.
