Claims (19)
- Schließkeil für ein Kraftfahrzeugtürschloß od. dgl.
mit einer an einem Tragblech (1) ortsfest anzubringenden Keiltragplatte (2) und
einem an der Keiltragplatte (2) gelagerten Keilelement (3), das in montiertem Zustand betrieblich in Eingriff kommt mit einer Schloßfalle (4) des Kraftfahrzeugtürschlosses od. dgl., und
ggf. mit einer Elastomeranordnung (5),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei fertig am Tragblech (1) montiertem Schließkeil das Keilelement (3) gegenüber der Keiltragplatte (2) in der Ebene der Keiltragplatte (2) in bestimmten Ausmaß verschiebbar ist und
daß die Verschiebung des Keilelementes (3) gegenüber der Keiltragplatte (2) entgegen einer durch Federwirkung erzeugten Reibungskraft erfolgt und das Keilelement (3) gegenüber der Keiltragplatte (2) ohne weitere Krafteinwirkung in der verschobenen Stellung verharrt. - Schließkeil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federwirkung durch die Elastomeranordnung (5) realisiert ist.
- Schließkeil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federwirkung durch ein Kunststoff-Federelement (15) realisiert ist.
- Schließkeil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Federwirkung durch ein Metall-Federelement (15) realisiert ist.
- Schließkeil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die betrieblich maximal erreichbare Auslenkung gegenüber der Neutralstellung etwa +/- 3 bis 6 mm, vorzugsweise etwa +/-4,5 mm beträgt.
- Schließkeil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Keilelement (3) an einer Halteplatte (8) fest angebracht ist, so daß zwischen dem Keilelement (3) und der Halteplatte (8) ein fest definierter Abstand vorliegt, das in montiertem Zustand das Tragblech (1) zwischen Halteplatte (8) und Keilelement (3) liegt und daß die Halteplatte (8) an der Keiltragplatte (2) relativbeweglich gelagert ist.
- Schließkeil nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Keiltragplatte (2) zwischen Halteplatte (8) und Keilelement (3) liegt.
- Schließkeil nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Keiltragplatte (2) wannenartig bzw. käfigartig ausgeführt und die Halteplatte (8) darin verschieblich gelagert ist.
- Schließkeil nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Aufnahme der Keiltragplatte (2) die Elastomeranordnung (5) oder das Federelement angeordnet ist.
- Schließkeil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Keilelement (3) an seiner der Keiltragplatte (8) zugewandten Seite am Außenrand mit Federnasen (11) versehen ist.
- Schließkeil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Keilelement (3) an der Keiltragplatte (2) an zwei voneinander beabstandeten Lagerstellen gelagert ist, daß das Keilelement (3) an der einen Lagerstelle mit einem nachlaufenden Steg (12) um eine zur Keiltragplatte (2) senkrechte Achse schwenkbar und an der anderen Lagerstelle mit einem vorlaufenden Steg (13) in einer entsprechenden bogenförmigen Kulisse (14) verlagerbar ist.
- Schließkeil nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am vorlaufenden Steg (13) eine diesen stets in seine Neutralstellung rückstellende Feder (15) angreift.
- Schließkeil nach Anspruch 11 oder 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Keilelement (3) als Bügel ausgeführt und, vorzugsweise, an dem nachlaufenden Steg (12) mit einer Lagerhülse (16) versehen ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß od. dgl.
mit einem Gehäuse (17) mit einer darin um eine real vorhandene oder virtuelle Schwenkachse schwenkbar gelagerten Schloßfalle (4) mit einem Aufnahmemaul (19) für einen vorlaufenden Steg (13) eines Schließkeils,
mit einer die Schloßfalle (4) in einer Schließstellung fixierenden Sperrklinke (20) und
mit einem Schließkeil,
wobei der Schließkeil eine an einem Tragblech (1) ortsfest anzubringende Keiltragplatte (2) und ein an der Keiltragplatte (2) gelagertes Keilelement (3) aufweist, das betrieblich in Eingriff kommt mit der Schloßfalle (4),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Keilelement (3) an der Keiltragplatte (2) an zwei voneinander beabstandeten Lagerstellen gelagert ist, daß das Keilelement (3) an der einen Lagerstelle mit einem nachlaufenden Steg (12) um eine zur Keiltragplatte (2) senkrechte Achse schwenkbar und an der anderen Lagerstelle mit einem vorlaufenden Steg (13) in einer entsprechenden bogenförmigen Kulisse (14) verlagerbar ist und
daß bei in Schließstellung fixierter Schloßfalle (4) die Schwenkachse (18) der Schloßfalle (4) unmittelbar an der Verbindungslinie der beiden Stege (12, 13) des Keilelementes (3) liegt. - Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß od. dgl. nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gehäuse (17) einen Einlaufschlitz (21) für das Keilelement (3) des Schließkeils aufweist und der Einlaufschlitz (21) bogenförmig um die Schwenkachse (18) der Schloßfalle (4) verläuft.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß od. dgl. nach Anspruch 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am vorlaufenden Steg (13) eine diesen stets in seine Neutralstellung rückstellende Feder (15) angreift.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß od. dgl. nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Keilelement (3) als Bügel ausgeführt und, vorzugsweise, an dem nachlaufenden Steg (12) mit einer Lagerhülse (16) versehen ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß od. dgl. nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schloßfalle (4) scheibenförmig ausgeführt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Türschloß od. dgl. nach einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, gekennzeichnet durch die Merkmale des kennzeichnenden Teils eines oder der kennzeichnenden Teile mehrerer der Patentansprüche 1 bis 10.
