Abstract
Description
Zu diesem Zweck werden die bei Umgebungs- und Verarbeitungstemperaturen kristallinen Polykarbonsäuren bzw. die sauren Salze derselben in Form von feinen Teilchen mit einem Zahlenmittel der Teilchengrößen von weniger als 50 µm in einem organischen flüssigen Medium suspendiert und die erhaltene Suspension auf die Fasern aufgebracht (DE 39 04 239 C1).

Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Aufbringen von Substanzen auf die Fasern eines Filtermaterials für rauchbare Artikel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mikronisierte Feststoffe auf faser- oder flächenförmige Filtermaterialien (32) aufgestäubt werden, wobei insbesondere mikronisierte reine Feststoffe oder homogene Feststoffgemische mit einer Partikelgröße von maximal 50 µm verwendet werden, insbesondere von maximal 10 µm.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Feststoffe dosiert zugeführt werden, wobei insbesonder die Dosierung unter Berücksichtigung der Filterproduktionsgeschwindigkeit durchgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dosierte mikronisierte Feststoffe durch pneumatische Förderung (17, 18, 26) in eine Pulverkammer (34) eingeführt werden, durch die unter einem Winkel von mindestens 45° zur Transportrichtung der Feststoffe das faser- oder flächenförmige Filtermaterial (32) transportiert wird, wobei entweder mit Triacetin versehenes Filter-Tow (32) in die Pulverkammer (34) eingeführt und dann zu einem Filterstab zusammengefahren oder das faser- oder flächenförmige Filtermaterial (32) in der Pulverkammer (34) von oben und von unten mit den mikronisierten Feststoffen bestäubt wird, und daß insbesondere das faser- oder flächenförmige Filtermaterial (32) in seiner Transportrichtung gesehen vor der Pulverkammer (34) durch Ionisierung aufgeladen wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Aufbringen von Substanzen auf die Fasern eines Filtermaterials für rauchbare Artikel, gekennzeichnet durch die folgenden Merkmale:a) eine Dosiereinrichtung (12, 14, 16) für mikronisierte Feststoffe, undb) eine Injektordüse (26) für den pneumatischen Transport der dosierten Feststoffe zu einer Pulverkammer (34),c) durch die ein flächen- oder faserförmiges Filtermaterial (32) geleitet wird, wobei insbesondere die Transportbahn des flächen- oder faserförmigen Filtermaterials (32) durch die Pulverkammer (34) etwa im rechten Winkel zu der Richtung des pneumatischen Transports der mikronisierten Feststoffe verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dosiereinrichtung ein diskontinuierlich mikronisierte Feststoffe zuführendes Vorratsgefäß (12) und eine Feindosiereinrichtung (14, 16) aufweist, wobei insbesondere die gravimetrisch arbeitende Feindosiereinrichtung (14, 16) eine Doppelschnecke (16) für die Zuführung der mikronisierten Feststoffe zu einer pneumatisch arbeitenden Förderstrecke aufweist und die Feindosiereinrichtung (14, 16) elektrisch mit der Filterherstellungsmaschine gekoppelt ist, so daß die Filterproduktionsgeschwindigkeit als Geschwindigkeitsleitwert für die Feindosiereinrichtung (14, 16) und als Soll-Wert für ihre Regelung verwendet wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pulverkammer (34) in Laufrichtung des flächen- oder faserförmigen Filtermaterials (32) offen ist, und daß bevorzugt in Transportrichtung des faser- oder flächenförmigen Filtermaterials (32) vor oder hinter der Pulverkammer (34) eine Einrichtung (36) zum Aufbringen von Triacetin angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Luftspalt (43) zum Einführen des flächen- oder faserförmigen Filtermaterials (32) in die Pulverkammer (34) einstellbar ist, so daß ein berührungsloser Transport des Filtermaterials (32) gewährleistet ist und der Austritt von fluidisierten Feststoffen verhindert wird.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Auslaß der Pulverkammer (34) eine Injektordüse zur Ausbildung des Filterstabes aus dem flächen- oder faserförmigen Filtermaterial (32) angeordnet ist, und/oder daß in Transportrichtung des Filtermaterials (32) vor der Pulverkammer (34) Ionisierungselektroden (39) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pulverkammer (34) eine Klappe (38) zur Einstellung des Unterdrucks in der Pulverkammer (34) aufweist, und daß bevorzugt an die Pulverkammer (34) eine Entstaubungsanlage (40) angeschlossen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die Pulverkammer (34) ein Ventilator (50) zur Erzeugung des Unterdrucks in der Pulverkammer (34) angeschlossen ist, und daß der Ventilator (50) Luft und mikronisierte Feststoffe durch die Pulverkammer (34) und die Entstaubungsanlage (40) saugt.
