Description

- die geometrische Anordnung so getroffen ist, daß bei Blockierung des Wurfendes bei der entgegen der Förderrichtung verlaufenden Bewegungsphase an der ersten Achse eine aus der Antriebskraft resultierende Tangentialkraft in Bezug auf die zweite Achse auftritt, deren Richtung geeignet ist, den Abstand zwischen erster Achse und Förderbahn zu vergrößern.

Claims (20)
- Beschickungsvorrichtung (10) für eine Müllsortiereinrichtung mit längs einer Förderbahn (14) an einer Aufreißvorrichtung (17) vorbei beweglichen Mitnehmern (16), wobei im Bereich der Aufreißvorrichtung (17) ein Rückwurfrechen (26) vorgesehen ist, der um eine oberhalb der Förderbahn (14) angeordnete und die Förderbahn (14) überquerende erste Achse (28) drehbeweglich gelagert und durch einen Antrieb mit einer hin- und herschwingenden Bewegung derart antreibbar ist, daß das der Förderbahn (14) zugewandte Wurfende (44) des Rückwurfrechens (26) zumindest größtenteils eine sich entgegen der Förderrichtung (18) von der Förderbahn (14) entfernende Bahn beschreibt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Überlastsicherungdie erste Achse (28) an einer Schwinge (30) gelagert ist, die um eine zur ersten Achse (28) parallele zweite Achse (32) beweglich ist,der Schwinge (30) eine Arbeitsstellung zugeordnet ist, in welcher die erste Achse (28) der Förderbahn (14) am nächsten liegt,die Schwinge (30) bis zum Auftreten einer vorgegebenen Losbrechkraft in ihrer Arbeitsstellung fixiert und an einer sich von der Förderbahn (14) entfernenden Bewegung gehindert ist,die geometrische Anordnung so getroffen ist, daß bei Blockierung des Wurfendes (44) bei der entgegen der Förderrichtung verlaufenden Bewegungsphase an der ersten Achse (28) eine aus der Antriebskraft resultierende Tangentialkraft in Bezug auf die zweite Achse (32) auftritt, deren Richtung und Größe geeignet sind den Abstand zwischen erster Achse (28) und Förderbahn (14) zu vergrößern.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitsposition der Schwinge (30) durch einen ihre Annäherung an die Förderbahn (14) begrenzenden Anschlag (38) bestimmt wird.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Veränderung der Winkelstellung der in ihrer Arbeitsposition befindlichen Schwinge (30) in Bezug auf die zweite Achse (32) der Anschlag (38) einstellbar ist.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Losbrechkraft durch das Lastmoment der um die zweite Achse (28) be-weglich gelagerten Masse bestimmt wird.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Losbrechkraft durch eine die Schwinge (30) gegen den Anschlag (38) ziehende Feder (36) bestimmt wird
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kraft der Feder (36) einstellbar ist.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Losbrechkraft durch eine Bruchsicherung (64) bestimmt ist.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schwinge (30) ein Sensor zugeordnet, ist, der derart positioniert ist, daß er mit einer das Anheben der Schwinge (30) gestattenden Zeitverzögerung anspricht, sobald die Schwinge (30) die Arbeitsposition verläßt, und der geeignet ist, den Antrieb der Beschickungsvorrichtung (10) abzuschalten.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit den Zinken (26a) des Rückwurfrechens (26) sich entgegen der Förderrichtung (18) erstreckende Schneidblätter (46) mit sägezahnartiger Verzahnung (48) angebracht sind, deren Abstand von der ersten Achse (28) zugleich mit dem Abstand vom Rückwurfrechen (26) zunimmt.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verzahnung (48) vorzugsweise mit in Förderrichtung weisenden Schneidflanken (50) versehen ist.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, da-durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufreißvorrichtung (17) kammartig in die Bewegungsbahn des Rückwurfrechens (26) eingreift und die Aufreißvorrichtung (17) mit den Schneidflanken (50) des Rückwurfrechens (26) scherend zugeordneten Schneidwerkzeugen (17a) versehen ist.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bewegungsbereich des Rückwurfrechens (26) über die in der Förderrichtung (18) gelegenen Umkehrposition der durch den Antrieb erzeugten, zwischen zwei Umkehrpositionen hin- und hergehenden Schwingbewegung des Rückwurfrechens (26) hinaus verlängert ist und daß beim Erreichen dieser Umkehrposition der Rückwurfrechen (26) von einer entgegen der Förderrichtung (18) auf ihn einwirkenden, einstellbaren Stützkraft (84) beaufschlagt wird.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, da-durch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebskraft für den Rückwurfrechen (26) von einem Kurbeltrieb (24) über eine Kurbelstange (42) auf den Rückwurfrechen (26) übertragen wird.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, da-durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb der Mitnehmer (16) und der Kurbeltrieb (24) eine gemeinsame Antriebswelle aufweisen.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, da-durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb des Rückwurfrechens (26) über einen hydraulisch hin- und herbewegbaren Kolben erfolgt.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikantrieb (56) einen linear beweglichen Kolben umfaßt.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikantrieb (58) einen konzentrisch zur ersten Achse (28) drehbeweglichen Kolben (58b) umfaßt.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hydraulikantrieb (56; 58) zwischen Schwinge (30) und Rückwurfrechen (26) angeordnet ist.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, da-durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb des Rückwurfrechens (26) über einen Hydraulikantrieb (80) mit einem hin- und herbewegbaren Kolben (82) erfolgt und daß in der in Förderrichtung gelegenen Umkehrposition des Rückwurfrechens (26) der Kolben (82) durch eine die Stützkraft erzeugende Feder (84) abgestützt ist.
- Beschickungsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, da-durch gekennzeichnet, daß der Antrieb des Rückwurfrechens (26) über einen Hydraulikantrieb (80) mit einem hin- und herbewegbaren Kolben erfolgt und daß als Widerlager des Hydraulikantriebs ein Hebel (92) dient, der an einem zur Abstützung der Reaktionskraft des Antriebs geeigneten Vorrichtungsteil (34) verschwenkbar gelagert und über eine Feder (84) mit einstellbarer Federkraft an diesem Vorrichtungsteil (34) abgestützt ist, wobei der Antrieb (80) mit einem Abstand von der Schwenklagerung des Hebels (92) an diesem abgestützt ist.
