Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Beschichten von bandförmigem Gut, bei der ein Metallband durch einen das geschmolzene Überzugsmaterial aufnehmenden Behälter hindurchgeführt wird, der unterhalb des Schmelzbadspiegels einen das bandförmige Gut umschließenden Kanal aufweist, in dem durch Induktoren im Überzugsmaterial Ströme induziert werden, die eine elektromagnetische Kraft zum Zurückhalten des Überzugsmaterials hervorrufen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet
daß der Kanal (7) leicht lösbar am Boden des Behälters (1) befestigt ist und aus mehreren in Bandlaufrichtung trennbaren und gegeneinander abgedichteten Teilen (6a bis 6d) besteht, die zum Auswechseln des Kanals (7) bei darin befindlichem Band (3) nach Lösen der Trennverbindung einzeln quer zur Bandlaufrichtung vom Band (3) wegbewegbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum Beschichten von bandförmigem Gut nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kanal (7)aus einem elektrisch isolierendem Material mit guter Oberflächenbenetzbarkeit besteht. - Vorrichtung zum Beschichten von bandförmigem Gut nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kanal (7) aus Keramikmaterial gebildet ist. - Vorrichtung zum Beschichten von bandförmigem Gut nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kanalteile (6a bis 6d) an den Induktoren (9a,9b) befestigt und mit diesen gemeinsam verfahr- oder verschiebbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum Beschichten von bandförmigem Gut nach Anspruch 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kanalteile (6a bis 6d) unabhängig von den Induktoren (9a,9b) verfahr- oder verschiebbar sind. - Vorrichtung zum Beschichten von bandförmigem Gut nach Anspruch 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kanal (7) gasdicht verschließbar und mit Schutzgas beaufschlagbar ist. - Vorrichtung zum Beschichten von bandförmigem Gut nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Kanal (7) mittels Keilen (13) oder Exzentern am Behälterboden (4) gehalten wird. - Vorrichtung zum Beschichten von bandförmigem Gut nach Anspruch 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß unterhalb des Kanals (7) eine Rollenanordnung (8a,8b) zur Führung und Mittenzentrierung des Bandes (3) vorgesehen ist.
