Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 金属ストリップが、溶融被覆材料を収容する容器を貫通し案内され、そ の容器は溶融材料浴の浴面の下方に、帯状製品を包囲するチャンネルを有し、そ のチャンネルの中ではインダクタにより被覆材料の中に電流が誘導され、電流は 電磁気力を惹起して、前記被覆材料を拘束保持してその流出を阻止する帯状製品 被覆装置において、 チャンネル(7)が容易に取外し可能に容器の底部に固定され、ストリップ走 行方向で分離可能であり、かつチャンネル(7)の交換のために、その中にスト リップ(3)が存在するままで継目結合解除の後に個々にストリップ走行方向に 対して横断方向に移動可能である互いに密封されている複数の部品(6a〜6d )から成ることを特徴とする帯状製品被覆装置。 2. チャンネル(7)が、良好な表面濡れ可能性を有する電気絶縁材料から 成ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の帯状製品被覆装置。 3. チャンネル(7)がセラミック材料から形成されていることを特徴とす る請求項1または2に記載の帯状製品被覆装置。 4. チャンネル部品(6a〜6d)がインダクタ(9a,9b)に固定され 、インダクタ(9a,9b)と一緒に走行またはスライド可能であることを特徴 とする請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の帯状製品被覆装置。 5. チャンネル部品(6a〜6d)がインダクタ(9a,9b)と無関係に 走行またはスライド可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか 1項に記載の帯状製品被覆装置。 6. チャンネル(7)がガス気密に閉鎖可能であり、保護ガスを添加可能で あることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の帯状製品被覆 装置。 7. チャンネル(7)が楔形部材(13)または偏心器により容器底部に保 持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の帯状製品被覆装置。 8. チャンネル(7)の下方に、ストリップ(3)をガイドし、かつセンタ リングするローラ装置(8a,8b)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項 1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の帯状製品被覆装置。
