Claims (9)
- 金属ストランド(1)、特に鋼ストリップを溶融浸漬被覆するための装置であって、前記金属ストランド(1)が、溶融された被覆金属(2)を収容する容器(3)を通して、かつ前もって接続された案内通路(6)を通して垂直に貫通案内され、前記金属ストランド(1)の両側の前記案内通路の領域内に、前記容器(3)内の前記被覆金属(2)を保持するために電磁場を発生するための少なくとも2つの誘電子(8)が配置され、そして案内手段を備えかつ保護ガス下にある炉空間(9)が前記案内通路(6)に前もって接続される装置において、
前記炉空間(9)と前記案内通路(6)との間に、ガス密の耐熱性で柔軟な封止部(13)が配置されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記封止部(13)が、容器(15、17)に収容された液体(16)を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記容器が、前記液体(16)が充填されたリング状の溝(15)を含み、前記リング状の溝が、前記炉空間(9)の上方開口部(11)の上に密に着座し、かつ前記案内通路(6)の下方部分(12)の周りに延在することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記容器が、前記案内通路(6)と結合されかつ前記案内通路(6)の周りに延在する鉢状の蓋体(17)を含み、前記蓋体の下方に向けられた縁部(18)が、前記液体(16)の中の周囲にかつ前記溝(15)の内側(19)に対し軸方向及び半径方向の遊び(SP)を有しつつ浸漬することを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記溝(15)が液体金属(16)で充填されかつ加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の装置。
- 前記溝(15)が、前記案内通路(6)の下方部分(12)に対し半径方向の間隔(AB)を有して配置されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の装置。
- 前記溝(15)が、前記溝(15)の両側に配置された加熱導体(20)によって電気的に加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項5又は6に記載の装置。
- 前記液体(16)が、前記被覆金属(2)と同一の金属から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜7のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記液体(16)が、亜鉛、アルミニウム又は錫からなる溶融合金から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
