Abstract
DISPOSITIVO PARA O REVESTIMENTO POR IMERSãO EM METAL EM FUSãO DE UMA TIRA METáLICA. A invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para o revestimento por imersão em metal em fusão de uma tira metálica (1), particularmente, de uma fita metálica, no qual a tira metálica (1) é guiada verticalmente através de um recipiente (3) que contém o metal de revestimento (2) em fusão e através de um canal de guia (6), disposto a montante, em cuja vizinhança estão dispostos, nos dois lados da tira metálica (1), pelo menos dois indutores (8), para gerar um campo eletromagnético para retenção do metal de revestimento (2) no recipiente (3), e no qual uma câmara de forno (9), que apresenta um meio de guia e se encontra sob gás de proteção, está localizada a montante do canal de guia (6). Para garantir, sob as condições estabelecidas, uma vedação boa e duradoura entre o canal de guia (6) e a câmara de forno (9), a invenção propõe que entre a câmara de forno (9) e o canal de guia (6) esteja disposta uma vedação (13) hermética a gases, resistente a calor e flexível.
