Claims (21)
- Papier mit einer auf mindestens einer seiner Seiten aufgetragenen Aufzeichnungsschicht, enthaltend eine Pigmentmischung aus organischem und anorganischem Pigment, Bindemittel und kationisches Hilfsmittel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Pigmentmischung - bezogen auf 100 Gew.% Gesamtpigmentmischung - zu 10 bis 30 Gew.% aus einem aus Amidharz bestehenden organischen Pigment, Rest: anorganisches Pigment besteht, wobei das anorganische Pigment im Wesentlichen frei ist von Satinweiß, und das Bindemittel eine Mischung aus Stärkeether und Latex enthält.
- Papier nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das organische Pigment aus Melamin-Formaldehydharz, Harnstoff-Formaldehydharz oder aus einer Mischung dieser organischen Pigmente besteht.
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das organische Pigment ein inneres Porenvolumen von 1,5 bis 4,5 cm3/g aufweist.
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als anorganisches Pigment Talkum in einer Menge von 40 bis 90 Gew.% - bezogen auf 100 Gew.% Gesamtpigmentmischung - in der Aufzeichnungsschicht vorliegt.
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufzeichnungsschicht als weiteres anorganisches Pigment gefälltes oder fein gemahlenes Calciumcarbonat, Titandioxid, calcinierten Clay, Aluminiumoxid, Aluminiumhydroxid, modifizierten Bentonit oder eine Mischung dieser Pigmente in einer Menge von nicht mehr als 50 Gew.% - bezogen auf Gesamtpigmentmischung - enthält.
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufzeichnungsschicht 35 bis 70 Gew.% -Teile Bindemittel - bezogen auf 100 Gew.-Teile Gesamtpigmentmischung - enthält.
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufzeichnungsschicht 40 bis 50 Gew.% -Teile Bindemittel - bezogen auf 100 Gew.% -Teile Gesamtpigmentmischung, enthält.
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel zumindest zu 50 Gew.% aus Stärkeether, Rest: Latex, besteht.
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel mindestens 12 Gew.% Latex enthält.
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stärkeether, bezogen. auf Gesamtbindemittel, bis zu 15 Gew.% durch Polyvinylalkohol ersetzt ist.
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bindemittel zu 60 bis 80 Gew.% aus Stärkeether besteht.
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufzeichnungsschicht ein Vernetzungsmittel für das Bindemittel enthält.
- Papier nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vernetzungsmittel in einer Menge von 0,1 bis 5 Gew.%, bezogen auf Pigment, in der Aufzeichnungsschicht vorliegt.
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Vernetzungsmittel ausgewählt ist aus der aus Ammonium-Zirkonium-Carbonat und Epoxidharz umfassenden Gruppe
- Papier nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufzeichnungsschicht in einer Menge von 6 bis 30 g/m2/Seite aufgetragen ist.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Papiers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufzeichnungsschicht in einem Gußstreichverfahren aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Papiers nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wäßrige Streichfarbe zur Ausbildung. der Aufzeichnungsschicht auf eine Papierbahn aufgebracht, egalisiert und mit einem beheizten Hochglanzzylinder unter gleichzeitiger Trocknung zur Ausbildung der Aufzeichnungsschicht kontaktiert wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Papiers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wäßrige Streichfarbe zur Ausbildung der Aufzeichnungsschicht auf eine Papierbahn aufgetragen, mittels einer Messerstreicheinrichtung oder einem Rollrakel egalisiert, getrocknet und kalandriert wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Papiers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wäßrige Streichfarbe zur Ausbildung der Aufzeichnungsschicht mittels einer Filmpresse auf die Papierbahn aufgetragen wird.
- Verwendung eines Papiers nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15 in einem Inkjet-Drucker.
- Verwendung eines Papiers nach Anspruch 20 in einem Inkjet-Mehrfarbendrucker.
