Description

Kombination aus einem broschüreförmigen Druckerzeugnis und einem Halter
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Kombination aus einem broschüreförmigen Druckerzeugnis und einem Halter nach dem Anspruch 1.
Es ist bekannt, Zeitschriften und Zeitungen mit Hilfe von aus zwei Leisten bestehenden Haltern, die klemmend mit¬ einander verschraubbar sind, zu halten. Derartige Halter dienen zum einen dazu, die Zeitschriften oder Zeitungen aufzuhängen und zum anderen das Lesen zu erleichtern, ins¬ besondere bei großformatigen Schriften.
Es ist ferner bekannt, Speise- und/oder Getränkekarten zum Zwecke der Präsentation und der platzgünstigen Aufbewah¬ rung mittels geeigneter Halter auf einer Unterlage, etwa einem Tisch, abzustellen. Die Karten werden zumeist klem¬ mend vom Halter aufgenommen. Zu ihrer Benutzung müssen sie aus dem Halter entfernt werden. Es ist häufig Sache der Bedienung, benutzte Karten in die Halter zurückzustellen, was einen gewissen Aufwand bedeutet.
Daneben besteht bei besonders attraktiv gestalteten Karten oder solchen, die mit zusätzlichen interessanten Infor¬ mationen versehen sind, Gefahr, daß sie von den Gästen mitgenommen werden. Diese Gefahr ist besonders groß bei Restaurationsbetrieben, in denen ein großer Durchlauf be¬ steht, beispielsweise auch auf Fährschiffen oder derglei¬ chen.
Es ist ferner bereits bekannt, Speisekarten nach Art eines Journals aufzumachen, das zusätzliche Informationen ent¬ hält. Bei Fährschiffen können derartige Journale zum Bei¬ spiel Informationen und interessante Hinweise über die angefahrenen Ziele enthalten. Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit, derartige broschürenartige Speise- und Ge¬ tränkekarten mit Werbedrucken zu versehen. Bei solchen journalartigen Karten ist die Gefahr besonders groß, daß sie von den Gästen mitgenommen werden. Zwar könnte durch das Wiedereinsammeln durch den Kellner nach der Speise- und Getränkewahl diese Gefahr verringert werden, bei einer stark frequentierten Restauration ist dies jedoch mit einem unvertretbar hohen Aufwand verbunden.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Kombination aus einem broschüreförmigen Druckerzeugnis und einem Hal¬ ter zu schaffen, die einerseits eine ansprechende Präsen¬ tation des Druckerzeugnisses ermöglicht, andererseits eine Mitnahme praktisch ausschließt.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch die Merkmale des Anspruchs 1 ge¬ löst.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Kombination ist ein Standelement vorgesehen, das selbständig auf einer Unterlage steht. Das Druckerzeugnis, zum Beispiel eine journalartige Speise- und Getränkekarte, wird mit dem Rücken so am Standelement angebracht, daß es vom Standelement in aufrechter Lage ge¬ halten ist. Vorzugsweise steht das Druckerzeugnis mit der Unterkante ebenfalls auf der Unterlage auf, wobei es nach einer weiteren Ausgestaltung der Erfindung relativ steife Deckel aufweisen kann, so daß es in aufrechter Position seine Form zumindest weitestgehend behält. Auch die Seiten des Druckerzeugnisses werden vorzugsweise aus relativ steifem Papier gebildet, damit das gesamte Druckerzeugnis seine Lage stehend beibehält und sich auch bequem hand¬ haben läßt.
Das Standelement hat ein ausreichendes Gewicht, um auch bei Erschütterungen oder Schwankungen, wie sie etwa auf einem Fährschiff vorkommen, seine aufrechte Lage zusammen mit dem gehaltenen Druckerzeugnis aufrechtzuerhalten. An¬ dererseits ist es so zu gestalten, daß es auch von Hand erfaßt und bei dem Lesen des Druckerzeugnisses bequem ge¬ halten werden kann.
Für die Ausbildung des Druckerzeugnisses und die Konstruk¬ tion der Anbringung sind verschiedene Gestaltungsmöglich¬ keiten denkbar. Die Anbringung des Druckerzeugnisses am Standelement erfolgt nach einer Ausgestaltung der Erfin¬ dung vorzugsweise über eine Anlenkung, wodurch sowohl das gesamte Druckerzeugnis als auch die einzelnen Seiten ge¬ genüber dem Standelement ausreichend verschwenkt werden können, um ein bequemes Lesen zu ermöglichen. In diesem Zusammenhang sieht eine weitere Ausgestaltung der Erfin¬ dung vor, daß die Seiten des Druckerzeugnisses über eine Ringheftung zusammengehalten sind und die Anlenkung über die Ringheftung erfolgt.
Die Ringheftung kann zum Beispiel über einen Draht oder eine Stange, welche(r) durch die Ringspirale hindurchge¬ führt ist," mit dem Standelement verbunden werden. Eine Ausgestaltung der Erfindung sieht vor, daß ein schmaler Streifen aus flexiblem Blattmaterial mit dem Rücken bzw. der Ringheftung des Druckerzeugnisses verbunden und auf der anderen Seite am Standelement angebracht ist. Vorzugs¬ weise wird der Streifen im Standelement eingeklemmt, zum Beispiel in einem dafür vorgesehenen Klemmschlitz . Das Standelement kann einteilig aus einem geeigneten Material, wie Kunststoff, Holz, Metall oder dergleichen geformt sein. Es kann jedoch auch zum Beispiel zweiteilig sein, um das Druckerzeugnis mit seinem Rücken einzuklemmen. Zu diesem Zweck ist notwendig, zum Beispiel die Hälften des Stand¬ elements mit Hilfe von Schrauben oder dergleichen klemmend zusammenzusetzen. Es ist jedoch auch denkbar, eine sepa¬ rate Klemmung vorzusehen mit Hilfe einer Klemmleiste zum Beispiel, die den Rücken des Druckerzeugnisses gegen eine Klemmflache des Standelements anklemmt. Bei der Verwendung einer Ringheftung ist, wie erwähnt, ein Zwischenelement in Form eines Streifens vorteilhaft, der am einen Ende mit der Ringheftung zusammenwirkt und daher eine entsprechende Lochung aufweist, und der an der anderen Seite am Stand¬ element angebracht ist, zum Beispiel über die beschriebene Klemrαung. Vorzugsweise besteht ein derartiger Streifen aus flexiblem Kunststoffmaterial, das durchsichtig sein kann, um die Anordnung optisch ansprechender zu gestalten.
Das Standelement ist vorteilhafterweise mit einer entspre¬ chenden Anmutung zu gestalten. Gleichzeitig ist vorteil¬ haft, wenn es mit Flächen für Werbezwecke ausgestattet ist, wobei der Aufdruck entweder unmittelbar auf dem Werbeträ¬ ger erfolgt oder mit Papier oder Kunststoffolie, das bzw. die dann aufgeklebt werden. Darüber hinaus kann das Stand¬ element charakteristische Gegenstände nachbilden, zum Bei¬ spiel eine Flasche. Es kann eine typische Flaschenform eines bekannten Getränks sein. Wird eine Flaschenform ver¬ wendet, die zudem den Vorteil der bequemen Handhabung bie- tet, dann wird sie im Bauchbereich vorzugsweise mit einer Abflachung versehen, damit das Druckerzeugnis einfacher angebracht werden kann.
Das Standelement hat zweckmäßigerweise mindestens die Höhe des zu haltenden Druckerzeugnisses. Es kann auch mehr oder weniger über das Druckerzeugnis nach oben überstehen. Einerseits ist die Höhe nur so hoch zu wählen wie für Hal¬ terungszwecke unbedingt erforderlich. Andererseits beein¬ trächtigt eine zu große Höhe die Standfestigkeit und auch den optischen Eindruck.
Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung ermöglicht eine optisch ansprechende Präsentation eines Druckerzeugnisses, insbe¬ sondere einer mit Werbung und Informationen kombinierten broschürenartigen Speisekarte (Journal) durch eine sichere Anordnung auf einer Unterlage mit Hilfe eines Standele¬ ments, an dem das Druckerzeugnis angelenkt ist. Das Stand¬ element kann seinerseits zu Werbungszwecken herangezogen werden und behindert die Handhabung beim Lesen des Druck¬ erzeugnisses nicht. Andererseits wirkt es einer uner¬ wünschten Mitnahme entgegen.
Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand einer Zeichnung nä¬ her erläutert.
Die einzige Figur zeigt die erfindungsgemäße Kombination in Seitenansicht.
In der Zeichnung ist ein broschüreartiges Druckerzeugnis 10 zu erkennen, das relativ steife Deckel 12, 14, zum Bei¬ spiel aus Kunststoffmateriäl, aufweist und Seiten 16 da¬ zwischen, die aus relativ steifem Papier hergestellt sind. Die Seiten 16 und die Deckel 12, 14 sind mittels einer Ringheftung 18 zusammengehalten, die beispielsweise aus einer Kunststoffspirale besteht. Das Erzeugnis 10 ist zum Beispiel als Getränkekarte ausgebildet, wobei zusätzliche Seiten Informationen und Werbung enthalten, zum Beispiel in bezug auf das Ziel, das mit Fährschiffen angefahren wird. Dementsprechend ist das Druckerzeugnis z.B. die Speisekarte für die Restauration auf einem Fährschiff.
In die Ringheftung 18 eingeheftet ist auch ein relativ schmaler Streifen 20 aus durchsichtigem Kunststoffmaterial, der in einem nicht gezeigten Schlitz eines flaschenförmi¬ gen Standelements 10 eingesteckt ist. Der Streifen 10 wird mit Hilfe von zwei Schrauben 24 befestigt. Diese Befesti¬ gungsart ist jedoch nur beispielsweise gezeigt. Es sind andere Klemmungen und Befestigungen des Streifens 10 im Standelement 22 möglich.
Das Standelement 22, das Flaschenform aufweist, jedoch auf einer Seite bei 26 abgeflacht ist zwecks Anbringung des Streifens 20, besteht zum Beispiel aus Kunststoff, Holz, Metall oder dergleichen und kann hohl oder massiv sein. Wesentlich ist, daß es ein ausreichendes Gewicht hat, um, aufgestellt auf einer Unterlage 30, das Erzeugnis 10 in der gezeigten aufrechten Lage zu halten. Das Erzeugnis 10 stützt sich dabei mit der Unterkante ebenfalls auf der Un¬ terlage 30 ab. Die Steifigkeit der Deckel 12, 14 sorgt dafür, daß das Druckerzeugnis im wesentlichen seine Form behält und damit eine vorteilhafte Präsentation bewirkt.

Claims

A n s p r ü c h e
1. Kombination aus einem broschüreförmigen Druckerzeugnis (10) und einem Halter (22), der als auf einer Unterlage (30) selbständig stehendes Standelement ausgebildet ist, an dem das Druckerzeugnis (10) mit dem Rücken so anbringbar ist, daß es in aufrechter Lage vom Standele¬ ment (22) gehalten ist.
2. Kombination nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Druckerzeugnis (10) als auf der Unterlage (30) aufstehend ausgebildet ist.
3. Kombination nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeich¬ net, daß das Druckerzeugnis (10) relativ steife Deckel (12, 14) aufweist derart, daß sie in aufrechter Lage ihre Form zumindest weitgehend behalten.
4. Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seiten (16) des Druckerzeugnis¬ ses (10) aus relativ steifem Papier hergestellt sind.
5. Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Rücken des Druckerzeugnisses (10) schwenkbar am Standelement (22) angelenkt ist.
6. Kombination nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seiten (16) des Druckerzeugnisses (10) über eine Ringheftung (18) zusammengehalten sind und die An¬ lenkung am Standelement (22) über die Ringheftung (18) erfolgt.
7. Kombination nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß ein schmaler Streifen (20) aus flexiblem Blattmaterial mit dem Rücken bzw. der Ringheftung (18) des Druckerzeugnisses (10) verbunden ist und auf der anderen Seite am Standelement (22) angebracht ist.
8. Kombination nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Streifen (20) im Standelement (22) eingeklemmt ist.
9. Kombination nach Anspruch 7 osder 8, dadurch gekenn¬ zeichnet, daß das Standelement eine lösbare Klemmvor¬ richtung für den Streifen aufweist.
10. Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Standelement (22) so ausgebil¬ det ist, daß es bequem von Hand erfaßt und gehalten werden kann.
11. Korabination nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Streifen (20) aus durchsich¬ tigem Kunststoffmaterial besteht.
12. Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 biε 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Standelement (22) als Werbe¬ träger mit bedruckbarer oder beklebbarer Werbefläche ausgebildet ist.
13. Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Standelement (22) die Form einer Flasche aufweist
14. Kombination nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das flaschenförmige Standelement eine achsparal¬ lele Abflachung (26) aufweist.
15. Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Streifen (20) von einem Klemm¬ schlitz des Standelements (22) aufgenommen ist.
16. Kombination nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Standelement (22) aus Holz, Kunststoff oder Metall geformt ist.
