Claims (11)
- Wendestangenanordnung für Materialbahnen (2; 39; 71; 72) mitmindestens einem Wendedeck (F; G; H) mit einem ersten Paar (5) Wendestangen (3, 4; 66, 67) und einem unter dem ersten Paar (5) Wendestangen (3, 4; 66, 67) angeordneten zweiten Paar (50) Wendestangen (46, 47; 68, 69),das erste Paar (5) Wendestangen (3, 4; 66, 67) ist horizontal und unter einem Winkel von 45° zu den Seitenflächen zweier Seitengestelle 18, 19 angeordnet,das zweite Paar (50) Wendestangen (46, 47; 68, 69) ist um 90° versetzt zu dem ersten Paar (5) Wendestangen (3, 4; 66; 67) angeordnet,die Wendestangen (3, 4; 66, 67; 46, 47; 68, 69) sind jeweils in horizontaler Richtung verschiebbar angeordnet,beide Enden (6, 7; 8, 9; 41, 42; 43, 44) der Wendestangen (3, 4; 46, 47) sind jeweils in einer Linearführung (16; 17; 15; 20) geführt,die Linearführungen (16; 17; 15; 20) sind senkrecht bezüglich der Seitenflächen der Seitengestelle (18; 19) angeordnet,eine Länge der Linearführungen (16; 17; 15; 20) ist größer als ein Abstand zugeordneter Seitengestelle (18, 19).
- Wendestangenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwei Wendedecks (F; G; H) mit jeweils zwei Paaren (5; 50) Wendestangen (3, 4; 46, 47) übereinander angeordnet sind.
- Wendestangenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linearführungen (16; 17; 15; 20) als stranggepreßtes Hohlprofil ausgeführt sind.
- Wendestangenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest in einer Betriebsstellung Enden (6, 7; 8, 9; 41, 42; 43, 44) der Wendestangen (3; 4; 46; 47) über zugeordnete Seitengestelle (18; 19) hinausragen.
- Wendestangenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Leitwalzen (28; 30; 73) angeordnet sind, die eine Materialbahn (2; 71) von einer Wendestange (4; 66) eines ersten Paares (5) auf eine Wendestange (69; 68) eines zweiten Paares (50) führen.
- Wendestangenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß erste Enden (6, 63, 62; 8, 63, 62) und zweite Enden (7, 63, 62; 9, 63, 62) sämtlicher Wendestangen (3, 4; 46, 47; 66, 67; 68, 69) mit Gleitsteinen (59; 60) verbunden sind.
- Wendestangenanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Enden (6, 63, 62; 8, 63, 62) und/oder die zweiten Enden (7, 63, 62; 9, 63, 62) der Wendestangen (3, 4; 46, 47; 66, 67; 68, 69) starr mit den ihnen zugeordneten Gleitsteinen (59; 60) verbunden sind.
- Wendestangenanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die ersten Enden (6, 63, 62; 8, 63, 62) und/oder die zweiten Enden (7, 63, 62; 9, 63, 62) der Wendestangen (3, 4; 46, 47; 66, 67; 68, 69) mit den Gleitsteinen (59; 60) gelenkig, umlenkungswinkeljustiert und fixierbar verbunden sind.
- Wendestangenanordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Enden (6 bis 9; 63; 62) jeweils einen verstellbaren (i) Exzenter (64) zum Justieren der Bahnumlenkungswinkel-Lage aufweisen, daß jeder Exzenter (64) mittels einer Sicherung (45) gegen das Ende (6; 7; 8; 9) der Wendestange (3, 4; 46, 47; 66, 67; 68, 69) verdrehgesichert ist.
- Wendestangenanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gleitsteine (59; 60) sämtlicher Enden (6, 63, 62; 8, 63, 62; 7, 63, 62; 9, 63, 62) der Wendestangen (3, 4; 46, 47; 66, 67; 68, 69) jeweils in parallelen und voneinander beabstandeten gestellfesten Linearführungen (16, 17; 15, 20) verschiebbar und arretierbar angeordnet sind.
- Wendestangenanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Wendedeck (F; G; H) eine stufenlos verstellbare Bahneinziehvorrichtung zugeordnet ist.
