Claims (9)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Strukturbauteils für Kraftfahrzeuge bei dem zunächst eine Platine durch Anbringen zumindest eines Verstärkungsblechs (1) auf einem Grundblech (2) hergestellt wird, das von dem Verstärkungsblech (1) zumindest teilweise bedeckt wird, und bei dem danach diese Platine einem Umformvorgang unterzogen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß . das Verstärkungsblech (1) vor der Herstellung der Platine mit einer Vertiefungen und Erhöhungen aufweisenden Verformungsreserve (3) solcher Auslegung versehen wird, daß diese durch den Umformvorgang an der Platine glättbar sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsblech(1) zumindest teilweise als Waffelblech ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsblech (1) zumindest teilweise als Schuppenblech ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsblech (1) zumindest teilweise als wölbstrukturiertes Blech ausgeführt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Umformvorgang zumindest einen Tiefziehvorgang enthält.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich zwischen dem Grundblech (2) und dem Verstärkungsblech (1) Korrosionsschutzmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Verstärkungsbleche (1) auf einem Grundblech (2) angebracht werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsblech (1) in verschiedenen Bereichen mit unterschiedlicher, aber definierter Materialdicke ausgeführt ist, so daß beim Umformen in diesen Bereichen ein unterschiedlicher Materialfluß bzw. Materialdehnung erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundblech (2) sowie das Verstärkungsblech (1) unterschiedliche Gefügestrukturen aufweisen.
