Claims (6)
- Umformverfahren zum Drucken von Blechformteilen, wobei eine das Ausgangsmaterial bildende Blechplatine (1, 4, 6, 10) zwischen Drückformwerkzeugen zu einem räumlich verformten Blechformteil umgeformt wird, wobei die Blechplatine (1, 4, 6, 10) derart mit einer regelmäßigen Struktur von lokalen Verformungen (2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 11) versehen ist, daß an jeder lokalen Verformung ein Blechabschnitt in einer Normalrichtung gegenüber der Ebene der Blechplatine versetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blechplatine (4, 6, 10) mit einer regelmäßigen Matrix von noppenartigen Erhebungen (5, 7, 11) und/oder Einsenkungen (8) versehen ist.
- Umformverfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blechplatine (4) mit einer Struktur von regelmäßig abwechselnden Erhebungen (5) und Einsenkungen (8) versehen ist.
- Umformverfahren nach Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blechplatine (6, 10) mit in einer regelmäßigen Matrix angeordneten Schlitzen (9) versehen ist.
- Umformverfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze (9) jeweils beiderseits einer Erhebung (7) bzw. Einsenkung der Blechplatine (6) angeordnet sind.
- Umformverfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schlitze (9) in der Weise eine Schlitzbrückenlochung bilden, daß jeweils eine zwischen zwei Schlitzen (9) liegende Blechbrücke (11) gegenüber der Ebene der Blechplatine (10) versetzt ist.
- Umformverfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blechplatine (1, 4, 6, 10) nur partiell an den einer verstärkten Umformung unterworfenen Stellen mit einer regelmäßigen Matrix von Erhebungen (15, 7, 11) und/oder Einsenkungen (8) versehen ist.
