Claims (11)
- Platine für ein Strukturbauteil eines Kraftfahrzeugs mit einem Grundblech (2) und einem Verstärkungsblech (1), das auf dem Grundblech angebracht ist und dieses zumindest teilweise bedeckt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daßdas Verstärkungsblech (1) einen Bereich mit einer Verformungsreserve (3) für einen nachfolgenden Umformvorgang aufweist, unddie Verformungsreserve (3) Vertiefungen und Erhöhungen aufweist, die bei einem Umformvorgang glättbar sind. - Platine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsblech (1) zumindest teilweise als Waffelblech ausgeführt ist.
- Platine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß daß das Verstärkungsblech (1) zumindest teilweise als Schuppenblech ausgeführt ist
- Platine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsblech (1) zumindest teilweise als wölbstrukturiertes Blech ausgeführt ist..
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Strukturbauteiles für Kraftfahrzeuge, insbesondere unter Verwendung einer Platine nach einem der Anspüche 1 bis 4, wobei ein Grundblech und ein Verstärkungsblech (1) miteinander verbunden und umgeformt werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsblech (1) einen Bereich mit einer Verformungsreserve aufweist, die Erhöhungen und Vertiefungen aufweist, wobei dieser Bereich beim Umformen zumindest teilweise geglättet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Umformen mindestens einen Tiefziehvorgang aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem Ansprüche 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich zwischen dem Grundblech und dem Verstärkungsblech (1) Korrosionsschutzmaßnahmen durchgeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Verstärkungsbleche (1) auf einem Grundblech vorgesehen sind.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verstärkungsblech (1) in verschiedenen Bereichen eine unterschiedliche, aber bestimmte Materialdicke aufweist, so daß beim Umformen in diesen Bereichen ein unterschiedlicher Materialfluß bzw. Materialdehnung erfolgen kann.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 5 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Grundblech sowie das Verstärkungsblech (1) unterschiedliche Gefügestrukturen aufweisen.
- Strukturbauteil für ein Kraftfahrzeug, das nach einem der Verfahren 5 bis 10 hergestellt ist, vorzugsweise unter Verwendung einer Platine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4.
