- Sanitary fittings designed as single-lever mixers are known. They have largely replaced the previously used mixer taps with two manually adjustable valves for cold and warm water and usually consist of a mixer tap with only one operating lever, which actuates a control piston arranged in the mixer tap via a control rod.
