Definitions
- the invention relates to a fuse for rifles a housing receiving a closure body and a Piston neck arranged actuating part with a catch piece for a when the lock is under tension by the force of one Impact spring-loaded studs are linked, and at which near the catch piece against the force of one Spring retractable closure holder is provided, which in engages a guide groove of the closure body.
- a generic fuse is known from AT-PS 388610. With such or the known similar fuses equipped rifles leave security and ease of use Room for improvement: the closure body can only be removed and reinserted when the weapon is unlocked become. If this happens with the magazine plugged in and when inserting the closure body, a cartridge is supplied the rifle is in the unlocked position. Around To operate the lock bracket, either the trigger pressed or another control near the Deduction can be operated. So there is also a risk of Operating errors.
- the securing member acts on the catch piece and on the closure holder. This allows the actuating part to be in a secure position no shot will be fired and in unlocked Position of the lock holder must not be sunk.
- the slide rod is used to operate the lock holder. It sinks it when, for example, the actuating part into another Security position is brought. So they are all safety functions controllable from the operating part. There Securing member and slide rod be flat sheet metal parts space and manufacturing costs are low.
- the double function of the securing member is particularly simple to realize if there is one around one under the first Axis on the horizontal axis of the rotating two-armed lever is, the rear end of one on a pin of the actuating part has guided slot, and at the front End of the second stop edge is (claim 2).
- the pin of the Actuating part at the same time the connection with the slide rod serve, even if advantageously the securing member on one and the pushrod on the other Side of the closure holder are arranged (claim 3).
- the Closure body a first peripheral lug and the slide rod a third stop edge in the further securing position of the actuating part, the first peripheral lug holds so that the closure body is not in its unlocked Position can be brought (claim 4).
- the slide rod also takes over a second one Function, which closed another security hole becomes.
- the closure body has a second peripheral lug in the longitudinal direction is shorter than that of the first peripheral lug, and on the operating part the third stop edge abuts when the Lock body in the transport securing position and Actuating part is in the further securing position (Claim 5).
- the additional transport securing position of the Closure body can be created in different ways for example, as in the one deposited at the same time Patent application WO 97/47941 described by the applicant. In this can only be brought if the operating part is in the further securing position by by means of the chamber handle over the locked position is turned a little bit further.
- the locking body can only be locked back into the normal position Be turned back position when the operating part from the further securing position to the normal securing position is moved back.
- the closure housing is designated 1. It has a cylindrical guide surface 2 in its interior on, in which a cylindrical closure body 3 is longitudinally displaceable and is rotatably guided. There is a behind him End piece 4 arranged, it is with the closure body 3rd Can be moved in the longitudinal direction, but not rotated with it. An end cap 5 is also attached to the end piece 4. Inside the closure body 3 is a striker 6 guided longitudinally, one acts on it Impact spring 7 in the direction of impact, is at its rear part a striker pin flag 8 attached. At the bottom of the Breech housing 1 is a trigger housing 9 screwed. It is only partially visible, its content is not shown, an existing one is also not shown Fuse switch located in the fume cupboard - for example located in the rear part.
- a closure holder 10 guided vertically and in Spring-loaded upward direction. It engages in a guide groove 11 of the closure body 3 a.
- This guide groove 11 runs first in the circumferential direction and then in the axial direction forward over most of the length of the closure body 3. At the front it forms a stop that allows it to be pulled out completely of the closure body 3 prevented when the Closure holder 10 is in the position shown.
- a catch piece stored in the trigger housing 9 Denoted 12 the in the ready position Firing pin flag 8 against the force of the striking spring 7 holds and released to fire a shot.
- the striker pin flag 8 has at the bottom of its rear End up a tunnel 30. At the front end of the firing pin flag there are 2 clamping teeth offset by 180 °, one upper 31 and lower 32. These act when the Compression spring 7 together with a clamping link 34, the a cam sleeve 33 is formed.
- This cam follower 33 is longitudinally displaceable, but non-rotatable inside of the closure body 3 and the impact spring 7th as an abutment.
- the end piece 4 forms at its front End of a guide sleeve 36 facing the closure body 3 and thus rotatable relative to the clamping cam sleeve 33 is.
- Firing pin flag 8 and guide sleeve 36 is in the same time filed application WO 97/47941 of the applicant discussed in more detail, the content of which is hereby referred to becomes.
- a recess 41 provided the fired in firearm Position allows the forward movement of the stud 30.
- the recess 41 is all other safety states twisted relative to the stud 30 - the striker can not be knocked off. This will immediately open up the firing pin acting safety device, a so-called firing pin safety device, reached.
- FIG 2 shows schematically the also on the trigger housing attached security organs, some of them facing be arranged in front of or behind the trigger housing can.
- a fuse switch 13 is at the rear end of the trigger housing 9, from the piston neck of the Rifle from accessible, attached. It consists of an um an axis of rotation 15 rotatable knurled segment 14 with one on both sides transversely protruding dome pin 16. This engages in the slot 17 on the side facing the viewer a securing member 18. This is a around the axis of rotation 19 swiveling two-armed lever, at some distance a first stop edge 20 and a second stop edge 22 is formed.
- the first stop edge 20 is in the securing position shown in this figure 2 directly under a stop surface 21 of the catch piece 12 and the second stop edge 22 under a first cross pin 23 of the closure holder 10.
- a slide rod 24 Behind the trigger housing 9, largely covered by this and therefore drawn in dashed lines, there is a slide rod 24.
- the dome pin engages again in its rear end 16.
- a control ramp 25 punched out with a second cross pin 26 of the closure holder 10 cooperates.
- Second cross pin 26 and first cross pin 23 can be a single component be that protrudes right and left of the closure holder 10.
- a third stop edge 27 is formed, which in with the closure body 3 described below cooperates.
- the front part of the slide rod 24 is finally through a punched out guide slot 28, into which a guide pin attached to the trigger housing intervenes, led.
- a chamber handle 45 the is integrally or fixedly connected to the closure body 3, shown in three different positions.
- position 45a the closure body 3 is unlocked, it can be moved in the longitudinal direction be postponed; around a certain, the construction the locking of the closure body, not shown corresponding angle 44 turned clockwise, one arrives at position 45b, which is the position ready to fire is; rotates further by a smaller angle 43, one arrives in the transport-secured position in which the chamber handle is very is close to the shaft indicated by 50.
- This position corresponds to that shown in Figure 2.
- the end piece 4 is also in this position 45c and the closure body 3.
- the closure body 3 are in a clockwise direction in succession, a first in the circumferential direction extending pawl nose 46 and a second pawl nose 47 to see.
- the latter jack nose is essential in the longitudinal direction wider than the first pawl nose 46.
- the pushrod 24 is only shown in section; it is on the trigger housing 9 guided. In the position shown, the first jack nose 46 by the force of the striking spring - as in the above simultaneous registration explained - against the Push rod 24 pressed. So the closure body 3 in the transport securing position.
- the securing member 18 is further rotated clockwise.
- the The first stop edge is no longer under the stop surface 21 of the catch piece 12, which is firing pin safety released, a shot can be triggered.
- it is second stop edge immediately below the first cross pin 23, so that the closure holder 10 can no longer be lowered can; when the rifle is unlocked, the breech body can can no longer be completely removed from the housing.
