Definitions
- the invention is concerned with the formation of contact plugs for low-voltage application, which of smooth-walled and arranged in insulating material housings Knife contacts are formed, in particular with the connection of such Knife contacts with the insulating housing.
- contact plugs are smooth-walled Knife contacts formed so that the respective knife contact in the insulating housing is pressed in. If such contact plugs are used frequently, for example by contacting or decontacting a corresponding socket subjected, it cannot be ruled out that the merely pressed Knife contacts are pulled out of the insulating material housing, whereby the Contact plug becomes unusable.
- Some improvement to this disadvantage in such Contact plugs can be achieved in that the knife contacts with toothed ribs or Collar.
- these measures only lead to a stability of the Knife contact in one direction.
- the contact plugs explained so far have the advantage that the unit is off
- the blade contact and the insulating housing can later be easily recycled by the knife contacts are pulled out of the insulating housing.
- the subsequent recycling of contact plugs, which is one here is also cost-intensive have described-complete- pull-out protection, very expensive.
- the invention is therefore based on the object of having a contact plug Specify knife contacts whose knife contacts refer to a contact or Decontact this contact plug with a socket its position in the insulating housing received at all times, although the knife contacts simply with the insulating material housing can be connected or separated from this.
- the contact plug according to claim 2 is formed by the rear end of the Fair contact is completely connected to the peripheral edge of the strip, the Unit of knife contact and strip also together with those in claims 3 and 4 mentioned webs can be produced as a simple stamped part.
- the in claim 2 also specified distances to the ends of the strip are for fastening the Strip / knife contact in the insulating housing necessary.
- the contacting is Blade contacts with external connection cables are particularly easy. Are the webs - as claimed in claim 4 - angled relative to the strips trained, the bend for attaching the knife contacts in or on Insulated housing can be used.
- this page can be used to create a "Printing through” the knife contact through the insulating material housing when the To prevent contact plug on a socket, because the size of this side in Comparison to the size of the rear face of the knife contact with the same pressure reduces the pressure load per unit area.
- the knife contact is arranged to be stretchable in the insulating housing its assembly or disassembly very easy.
- This Contact plug 10 is essentially of an insulating housing 11 and two Knife contacts 12.1, 12.2 are formed, which within the insulating housing 11 are arranged.
- Knife contact 12.1 is elongated and has a front end 13.1 and a rear end face 13.2, which is indicated by dashed lines in Figure 2, because this Front 13.2 merges into a strip 14.
- the strip 14, which also is elongated has an upper end 15.1 and a lower end 15.2. Because the upper end 15.1 merges into a web 16, this end 15.1 is only dashed shown.
- the lower end 15.2 has a reduced compared to the upper end 15.1 Width.
- the rear end face 13.2 is with the peripheral edge 14 'of the strip 14 fully connected, the rear end 13.2 a distance A to the upper and adheres to the lower end 15.1, 15.2 of the strip 14.
- the distances A between the rear end face 13.2 and the ends 15.1, 15.2 do not have to have the same length as in FIG. 2.
- the web 16 is angled three times with respect to the strip 14, the web segments 16.1, 16.2 together with the strip 14 forming a U-shaped profile.
- the web segment 16.3 can be used for soldering on external connecting lines (not shown).
- Fig. 2 can also be seen that the knife contact 12.1, the strip 14 and the web 16 with the web segments 16.1-16.3 as a one-piece metal part using stamping technology is easy to manufacture in mass production.
- FIG. 3 shows an insulating housing 11 for receiving a knife contact 12.1 of the type shown in FIG. 2 shown type shows.
- a slot 17 is shown within the insulating housing 11 a pocket 18 is arranged at the lower end thereof.
- Strip 14 of the knife contact 12.1 (Fig.2) with its lower end 15.2 in the slot Inserted 17, the strip 14 fills the slot 17 and the lower end 15.2 penetrates into pocket 18.
- FIG. 2 shows a knife contact 12.1 of the type shown in FIG. 2 shown type shows.
- the web segment 16.1 rotates over the insulating material housing 11 as shown in FIG. 1.
- the edge 19 of the web segment 16.1 lies against a projection 20 (FIG. 1) formed on the insulating housing 11.
- a contact plug 10 shown in FIG. 1 is moved in the direction of arrow P2 onto a socket (not shown)
- a pressure load acting on the knife contacts 12.1, 12.2 upon contact is exerted via the side 21 (FIG. 2 and FIG. 3) of the strip 14 the insulating housing 11 distributed. Since the area of the side 21 is larger than the area of the rear end face 13.2, the pressure load per unit area decreases.
- FIG. 5 shows an insulating material housing 11 equipped with a knife contact 12.1 the knife contacts 12.1, 12.2 side facing away. This representation is also clear can be seen that the strip 14 together with the web segments 16.1, 16.2 a U-shaped Profile that defines the areas in between Isolierstoffgeophuses 11 jammed.
- FIG 6 shows another embodiment of a knife contact 12 shown in FIG shown the invention.
- the knife contact 12 is with a Strips 14 connected, the knife contact 12, however, with the longitudinal surface 22 of the Strip 14 is connected.
- the lower end 15.2 of the strip 14 has a step 25 Mistake.
- a web 16 connects to the upper end 15.1 of the strip 14.
- stage 23 is inserted into slot 17 with a view of FIG. 7 and moved down.
- the longitudinal surface 22 is located on the brackets 24 and that of the longitudinal surfaces 22 facing away from the side of the strip 14 on the back 25 of the slot 17.
