Claims (10)

  1. Soupape à commande électromagnétique, notamment injecteur pour une installation d'injection de carburant d'un moteur à combustion interne comprenant
    un corps de soupape (10),
    un noyau (2) entouré au moins partiellement par une bobine électromagnétique (1),
    au moins une aiguille d'injecteur (13) mobile axialement, comportant au moins un support d'organe de fermeture (17, 50) ainsi qu'un organe de fermeture de soupape (18), sphérique,
    le corps de fermeture de soupape (18) étant relié solidairement au support (17, 50) et coopérant avec un siège de soupape fixe (15) et le support de corps de fermeture (17, 50) comporte un perçage longitudinal (23) intérieur, allant jusqu'à la surface supérieure du corps de fermeture de soupape (18), ainsi qu'une zone d'extrémité (46) en aval, de diamètre extérieur plus grand que le diamètre du corps de fermeture de soupape (18), le support (17, 50) entourant le corps de fermeture de soupape (18) avec la zone d'extrémité (46) de façon qu'au moins un canal (49), en liaison avec le perçage longitudinal (23) et ayant une composante axiale dans la direction d'extension du canal, est formé à la surface supérieure de l'organe de fermeture de soupape (18), s'étendant jusqu'à l'extrémité de la zone (46),
    caractérisée en ce que
    le support de l'organe de fermeture (17, 50) comporte dans le perçage longitudinal (23), un épaulement (45) servant de butée pour l'organe de fermeture de soupape (18) et au moins un canal (49) s'étend au moins jusqu'à un plan équatorial (48) de l'organe de fermeture de soupape (18), dans la direction aval.
  2. Soupape selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le corps de fermeture de soupape (18) est fixé dans le perçage longitudinal (23) dans la zone d'extrémité (46) du support d'organe de fermeture (17, 50) par enfoncement de force.
  3. Soupape selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le corps de fermeture de soupape (18) est fixé dans le perçage longitudinal (23) dans la zone d'extrémité (46) du support de corps de fermeture (17, 50) par sertissage.
  4. Soupape selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le corps de support de fermeture (17) est réalisé sous la forme d'un induit.
  5. Soupape selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3,
    caractérisée par
    une pièce de liaison (50) reliant l'induit (17) et le corps de fermeture de soupape (18) et portant le support de corps de fermeture.
  6. Soupape selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le perçage longitudinal (23) de l'induit (17) comporte plusieurs bras de passage de fluide (44) qui rejoignent directement les canaux (49) dans la direction axiale.
  7. Soupape selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisée en ce que
    les bras de passage de fluide (44) et les canaux (49) sont réalisés par des chambres dans l'induit (17).
  8. Soupape selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée par
    trois canaux (49) prévus dans la zone d'extrémité (46).
  9. Soupape selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisée en ce que
    le support d'organe de fermeture (17, 50) est une pièce réalisée au tour ou une pièce pressée à froid.
  10. Soupape selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8,
    caractérisée par
    une pièce frittée ou une pièce MIM constituant le support de corps de fermeture (17, 50).
