Claims (10)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un voile sans fin avec aiguilletage par eau d'une bande de voile appliquée par une nappeuse comme une cardeuse, par exemple, ou avec un applicateur croisé. Cette bande de voile se compose au moins partiellement de fibres d'alcool polyvinylique (APV). Ce procédé prévoit également l'injection de la surface du voile avec des jets d'eau d'aiguilletage destinés à consolider le voile ainsi que le séchage du voile aiguilleté, et est caractérisé en ce que, avant le séchage, le voile aiguilleté est partiellement asseché mécaniquement, par écrasement ou aspiration, par exemple, et en ce que le voile est séché par une aération de bout en bout et avec une vitesse de séchage de plus de 2 à 4 m / sec., pour une température maximale de 120°C.

Procédé selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 5, et caractérisé en ce que le voile composé de fibres d'alcool polyvinylique est, lors de l'aiguilletage par eau sur une bande portant le voile, comme une bande perforée ou un système d'entoilage à tambour, plié avec une surface libre de 18 à 25 % et / ou 80 à 120 mesh(s) (torsions / pouce) et avec une ou plusieurs armure(s).
  7. Procédé selon l'une ou l'autre des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'aiguilletage du voile constitué de fibres d'alcool polyvinylique est exécuté avec plusieurs, et si possible quatre, barres d'injection disposées l'une derrière l'autre et avec une pression hydraulique progressant lentement, de 50, 80 puis 120 bars, par exemple.
