Claims (37)
- Ausstellvorrichtung für Ausstellfenster (1), umfassend einen in seiner geschlossenen Stellung in einem Fensterrahmen (2) aufgenommenen Fensterflügel (4), der durch Ausstellscheren (6) im wesentlichen parallel zu sich selbst aus der Schließstellung in eine vom Fensterrahmen (2) beabstandete Offenstellung ausstellbar ist, wobei jede der Ausstellscheren (6) einen verstellbaren Arm (7) und einen am Fensterrahmen (2) abgestützten und mit dem Arm (7) gelenkig verbundenen Hebel (9) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (7) jeder Ausstellschere (6) mit einem Ende (8) mit dem Fensterflügel (4) und mit seinem anderen Ende (22) verstellbar am Fensterrahmen (2) gelagert ist, daß der Hebel (9) jeder Ausstellschere (6) mit einem Ende (42) mit dem Arm (7) zwischen dessen Enden (8, 22) gelenkig verbunden ist und daß das am Rahmen (2) verstellbar gelagerte Ende (22) des Armes (7) jeder Ausstellschere (6) in jeder Stellung der Ausstellscheren (6) höher als das am Fensterflügel (4) gelagerte Ende (8) des Armes (7) angeordnet ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für die Betätigung aller Scheren (6) eine gemeinsame Verstelleinrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung entlang der lotrechten Schenkel (5) des Fensterrahmens (2) verschiebbare Schubstangen (10) aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstangen (10) über Getriebe (12, 13') mit einem gemeinsamen Antriebsmittel, z.B. einem (Elektro)Motor (13), gekuppelt sind.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Ende (22) jedes Armes (7) entlang des lotrechten Schenkels (5) des Fensterrahmens (2) im wesentlichen parallel zu diesem Schenkel (5) verstellbar geführt ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstangen (10) mit dem oberen Ende (22) der Arme (7) der Ausstellscheren (6) mit einen Leerhub der Schubstangen (10) am Beginn der Ausstellbewegung erlaubendem Spiel gekuppelt sind.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausstellscheren (6) in der Schließstellung des Fensterflügels (4) eine Verriegelung desselben bilden.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spiel zwischen den Schubstangen (10) und den Armen (7) jeder Ausstellschere (6) im Bereich der Kupplung der Schubstange (10) mit dem oberen Ende (22) der Arme (7) vorliegt.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das mit dem Fensterflügel (4) gekuppelte Ende (8) jedes Armes (7) der Ausstellscheren (6) eine Verriegelungseinrichtung aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungseinrichtung einen an der Schubstange (10) befestigten Verriegelungszapfen (32) aufweist, der in der Verriegelungsstellung in einen Schlitz (30) am Ende (8) der Arme (7) eingreift.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (30) ein gekrümmter oder mehrfach geknickter Schlitz ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vom Fensterflügel (4) abgekehrte Ende (31) des Schlitzes (30) offen ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Ende (22) jedes Armes (7) einen Zapfen (25) aufweist, der in einem Schlitz (24) oder in einer Nut am lotrechten Schenkel (5) des Fensterrahmens (2) geführt ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstange (10) mit dem Zapfen (25) mit Spiel gekuppelt ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstange (10) mit dem Zapfen (25) durch eine verschwenkbare Lasche (50) gekuppelt ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Schubstange (10) ein Schubstück (26) befestigt ist, das einen Schlitz (27) aufweist, in dem der Zapfen (25) des Armes (7) aufgenommen ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (24) oder die Nut für den Zapfen (25) am oberen Ende (22) des Armes (7) gekröpft ist und einen oberen Abschnitt aufweist, der gegenüber dem unteren Abschnitt zur Außenseite des Fensters hin versetzt angeordnet ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (27) im Schubstück (26), das an der Schubstange (10) befestigt ist, einen oberen, von der Außenseite des Fensters weg abgewinkelten Abschnitt aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlitz (24) in einer am Fensterrahmen (2), insbesondere an einem lotrechten Schenkel (5) desselben befestigten Kulisse (23) vorgesehen ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Ende (22) jedes Armes (7) der Ausstellscheren (6) zwischen der Kulisse (23) und der Schubstange (10) angeordnet ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 19 oder 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hebel (9) an seinem der Verbindung mit dem Arm (7) gegenüberliegenden Ende (40) um einen an der Kulisse (23) befestigten Zapfen (41) verschwenkbar ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arm (7) im Bereich seiner gelenkigen Verbindung mit dem Hebel (9) einen zur Fensteraußenseite erhabenen Knick aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende des abgewinkelten Abschnittes des Schlitzes (27) im Schubstück (26) in Richtung der Verschiebebewegung der Schubstange (10) gesehen mit dem unteren, zur Fensterinnenseite hin versetzten Abschnitt des Schlitzes (24), in dem der Zapfen (25) am oberen Ende (22) des Armes (7) geführt ist, fluchtet.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder lotrechten Seite des Fensterflügels (4) wenigstens zwei Ausstellscheren (6) zugeordnet sind.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Motor (13) der Verstelleinrichtung für die Schubstangen (10) im Bereich des oberen horizontalen Schenkels (3) des Fensterrahmens (2) angeordnet und über zwei parallel zum oberen, horizontalen Schenkel (3) des Fensterrahmens (2) ausgerichtete Wellen (14) mit Umlenkgetrieben (12) gekuppelt ist, die ihrerseits Spindeln (11) zum Verstellen der Schubstangen (10) antreiben.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spiel zwischen der Schubstange (10) und dem oberen Ende (22) des Armes (7) mindestens so groß ist wie der in Richtung der Verschiebebewegung der Schubstange (10) gemessene Hub des Zapfens (32) in dem Schlitz (30) am mit dem Fensterflügel (4) verbundenen Ende (8) des Armes (7).
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12 und 20 bis 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kupplung über die Lasche (50) ein einen Leerhub der Schubstange (10) gegenüber dem oberen Ende (22) des Armes (7) erlaubendes Spiel aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das obere Ende (22) des Armes (7) am Fensterrahmen (2), insbesondere an einem lotrechten Schenkel (5) des Fensterrahmens (2), in einer Gleitführung (70, 71) verschiebbar geführt ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Ende (22) des Armes (7) verschwenkbar mit einem Gleitstück (70) gekuppelt ist, das in einer Führung (71), die am lotrechten Schenkel (5) des Fensterrahmens (2) befestigt ist, verschiebbar aufgenommen ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 27 bis 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsstange (10) im Bereich der Ausstellschere (6) mit einem Gleitstück (73) verbunden ist, das in einer Führung (74) parallel zur Führung (71) des oberen Endes (22) des Armes (7) geführt ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 29 und 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche (5) das mit der Schubstange (10) verbundene Gleitstück (73) mit dem Arm (7) im Bereich seines oberen Endes verbindet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche (50) mit dem Arm (7) an einer Stelle zwischen dem Anlenkpunkt (43) des Kniehebels (9) und dem mit dem Gleitstück (70) verbundenen Ende (22) des Armes (7) verbindet.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 32,dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schubstange (10) einen Verriegelungszapfen (32) trägt, dem ein Verriegelungsblech (60), das am lotrechten Rand des Fensterflügels (4) befestigt ist, zugeordnet ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verriegelungsblech (60) einen Schlitz (31) für den Eingriff des Verriegelungszapfens (32) aufweist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 34, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das offene Ende (31) des Schlitzes (30) tiefer liegt als das geschlossene Ende des Schlitzes (30), in dem der Verriegelungszapfen (32) in der Verriegelungsstellung aufgenommen ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 33 bis 35, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungszapfen (32) auf einem Gleitstück (80) montiert ist, der am lotrechten Schenkel (5) des Fensterahmens (2) verschiebbar geführt ist, mit der Schubstange (10) wenigstens mittelbar gekuppelt ist.
- Ausstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 36, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gleitstück (80) in einer am lotrechten Schenkel (5) des Fensterrahmens (2) befestigten Führung (81) geführt ist.
