Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for laying one to be attached to the floor with a Velcro fastener Carpet, the carpet underside all over is loop-like and the counter-closure element of the Velcro fastener glued to the floor being, further tensioning of the carpet is carried out by means of a clamping tool.
- the object of the invention is a carpet laying process to tackle the special grip bars as Makes bearing points unnecessary and still satisfactory provides high tensile stress.
- the invention further relates to a method for Lay one on the floor using Velcro fastening carpet, the carpet underside is fully loop-shaped and that Counter-closure element of the Velcro as a strip-like Hook tape is glued to the floor, whereby further tensioning the carpet using a Clamping tool is made, the clamping tool on the foot side on the hook band and on the other is supported on a carpet top, whereby is based on the fact that the support on the hook hand by means of a loop-like foot underside of the clamping tool This results in a operational docking practically on the laying level of the carpet.
- loop-like base material forms the base material of the second back anyway, is therefore available as an industry-specific starting product Available.
- the direction of pull is in the shear plane; brings a lot of resistance.
- An equally stable one carpet-side docking area is obtained by that the support on the top of the carpet by means a claw-like foot underside.
- a special one Favorable laying flexibility continues in that a pedestal to a perpendicular to the transverse and Longitudinal axis extending vertical axis is rotatable.
- the clamping tool can therefore be adapted in the corners Align favorably, for example in one miter-like alignment to the floor corner. As position of the stand that is felt to be favorable to installation moreover in the desired rotational position in each case establish. For the subsequent lifting of the as it were clawed support on the hook edge proves it then it turns out to be favorable that a Lever device is provided.
- Said Lever device has a lever on one side an operating handle and other, beyond a lever joint, has a caulking section. Specifically, the lever sits on a vertical bracket of the pedestal.
- a further relief tool is used Scraper. This can be used for carpeting Scraper device is characterized by two in essentially parallel, vertical aligned, connected by a bracket Squeegees. These can be folded easily "iron out”.
- the strip device is easy to reach designed, this in that the bracket has a handle portion having.
- the squeegees are also in Length extension different.
- the aspect ratio of the Squeegee is essentially 2 to 5 to 1.
- the object is further defined by those mentioned in claim 15 Process features resolved, based on it is that the clamping tool has the same essentially interlocking Training for the counter-closure element for Clamping in surface engagement to the counter-closure element brought. That is how it is Laying system cheapest for tensioning the carpet utilized. There are no exposed areas, for example in the sense of tripping edges. The most minor at all Height projection of the counter-closure element is negligible. As was surprisingly found, the Joining basically identical counter-closure elements very high shear forces. This property will used when bracing.
- a clamping tool for laying a medium Velcro laid carpet, in particular by a method according to one or more of the claims 15 to 17 is advantageously formed by a same surface as an element of the Velcro fastener trained to interlock in the essential exclusive base. Constructively favorable it is that the lower surface of the base is rib-like is trained. The ribs run here the bottom surface of the stand substantially transverse to Clamping direction. Here is the lower surface of the base in a simple way by a Velcro hook element educated. Regarding such Velcro hook elements will apply to the unpublished utility model application 296 06 448. Their Revelation content is fully included here, also for the purpose of characteristics of this document in To include claims of the present application.
- a sliding foot has to interact with a carpet top, with the base and the sliding foot are movable away from each other, it is that its engagement surface essentially formed like a nail board is.
- the needle board has a carpet side Has transverse curvature.
- This has the advantage that initially only the zenith of such a transverse curvature touches down and is arrested with the carpet. A corrective Repositioning is made easier. Under operation of the clamping tool hugs the nail board because of a flexibility that is also given to him completely on the flat surface of the carpet, whereby then the other nails or hooks in the pile or immerse the like. Then it is still advantageous that the nail board is interchangeable Sliding foot is supported.
- a tensioning tool for laying a Velcro fastener laid carpet is further advantageous trained that the sliding foot sled and via a ratchet mechanism, hand-operated knee lever is driven, which is assigned a pull / push rod, which the Sliding foot under tension of the carpet in the direction of the stand presses. Can be over the knee lever keep the operating forces moderate. In doing so, a powerful pull exercised.
- Developing the same resilience brings that Invention in proposal that the pull / push rod mediates a pressure limiter on the sliding foot acts. These can be facilities as they are common with torque wrenches.
- a particularly simple solution results from the fact that Compressive force limiter consists of a preloaded spring. In order to make the effectiveness evident, there is a proposal in a stroke display on Pressure limiter.
- the room 1 shown as the installation site takes on one Bottom 2 an essentially to be braced in the direction x Carpet 3 on.
- A serves for the bottom-side attachment of the carpet 3 Surface fastener in the form of a so-called Velcro fastener K.
- Components of the Velcro fastener K are a loop element 5 and a hook band 6. The latter acts as Counter-closure element G.
- loop element 5 it is in Loops 7 of a loop track pointing in the direction of the bottom 2, which the bottom of the carpet 3 as a textile Second spine 8 underpinned.
- the textile backing 8 instead of loops 7 forming knobs can be the textile backing 8 also be formed by a fleece, which according to narrow horizontal stitching behind hook-behind filament sections offers.
- the bracket of the second back 8 on the underside of the carpet 3 can be an adhesive bond be generated.
- hook band 6 of the Velcro fastener K it is a multitude of rows arranged Hook 9 as elements of arrest (see figure 6).
- the hooks 9 go towards their free end in one Hook head 10 over. In said figure only one is relative small, greatly enlarged section of the hook band 6 vividly reproduced.
- hook 9 Between each, in pairs next to each other put hook 9 there is a gap 11.
- the hook openings Hooks 9 in pairs are directed in opposite directions.
- the row arrangement, seen in the larger one Hook width area, leads to multi-track structures of the hook band 6, to be referred to as R1, R2, etc.
- R1, R2, etc. instead of flat hooks 9, rotationally symmetrical ones can also be used Hooks can be realized, for example in the manner of mushrooms or trumpet-shaped pins, acting as Velcro male parts.
- the hook depth, measured by the top of the hook head 10 to a film-like Base 12 of the hook band 6 is preferably 0.7 mm to 0.8 mm.
- the total thickness of the flat Hook element 6 is just under 1 mm.
- the underside of the hook band 6 or the base 12 is smooth. It has a self-adhesive layer 13.
- the Self-adhesive layer 13 allows non-slip fixing of the hook band 6 on the floor 2.
- a protective cover overlay in the form of a film 14.
- Latter forms the necessary separation layer.
- the form of storage of the band-shaped loop element 5 is the wrap.
- A is used to tension the carpet 3 to be laid Clamping tool S. This is in the installation direction, i.e. in Direction of the arrow x designed in the form of a bridge. Their span can be adjusted using a hand lever device Change 15, preferably for tightening, reduce. Intermediate is a ratchet mechanism, a rope drum with pull rope and a return spring. Over 15 said reducing takes place. The spring acts in the direction the expansion, after appropriate approval of the Jack lock.
- the portal-like clamping tool S also includes one going down from the bridge footbridge facing stand 16. It can be a Act pair of feet.
- the stand 16 functions as one Fixed point with part 2 of the clamping tool that brings about the floor S.
- the other foot is a sliding foot 17. It is also aligned towards the bottom 2 and with the to exciting carpet 3 reversibly connectable.
- This Movable connection point to the carpet 3 forms an engagement surface 18 in the form of a nail board. Its nails or needles are slanted. It is refer to Figure 9.
- the bevel at about 60 ° practically forms multi-pulling hooks in the tensioning direction Arrow x deeper into the tread of the carpet 3 Intervene barb-like and thus a safe pull point form.
- the sliding foot 17 of the U-shaped profile Clamping tool S can also be paired be.
- the vertical pillars 16 and 17 are the U-legs and the actual, away from the ground
- the bridge section is the U-bridge.
- the U opening faces downward.
- the fixation point indicated above between stand 16 and the floor 2 is made using elements of Velcro fastener K reached. This on the bottom side in such a way that there is a transverse to the direction of arrow x Hook tape 6 is attached close to the wall. This happens mediating the self-adhesive layer 13.
- the hooks 9 are aligned parallel to the wall, upwards pointing.
- the clamping tool S is however, essentially interlocking engagement Training for the counter-closure element G for tensioning in the face-side joint engagement to the Counter lock element can be brought.
- the illustrated Embodiment is also a Element of the Velcro fastener K on the stand 16. Due the predetermined in the narrow direction of the hook 9 Order of the same and the parallel lateral gap 11, the lower surface of the base 16 is rib-shaped educated. Such ribs are due to the Forming of hook 9 interrupted; the between Row R1, R2 etc. lying open in the clamping direction tooth-gap-like distances are so small that it not to slip or maneuver sideways the hook 9 connected counter-closure elements G is coming.
- the fleeing is also involved in this Shape of the hook 9, which opposes each other in joining engagement Allow to be assigned in an oblique orientation (see FIG. 7), so overlap.
- the ribs or rows of hooks 9 are oriented in the longitudinal direction of the hook band 6, so that the ribs i.e. Hook 9 of the lower surface of the Stand 16 substantially transversely to the clamping direction Arrow x run.
- the lower surface of the stand 16 as well as the sliding foot 17 is opposite by a baseboard Cross section of the column sections of the feet 16, 17 clearly broadened.
- the whole sub area of 16 is hooked and nailed by 17.
- Arrow x corresponds to the widening of the double Width of the side of the measured in the same direction Feet 16 or 17.
- the overhang is the same on both sides.
- the carpet 3 is laid as follows: Man begins with the fixation of the aligned carpet 3, also called carpet, on one side of the room 19 of room 1. This is in the drawing on the right. There is a first strip I of the hook band near the wall 6 relocated. After fixing the carpet 3 there Engagement of the hooks 9 in the loops 7 of the second back 8 becomes a second strip II of the hook tape 6 placed at a distance y from the other side 20 of the room. Then a third strip III is laid of the hook band 6, directly at the foot of the room side 20 there, on the far left.
- the second foot, the sliding foot 17, is according to the nail board-like training and described Incline his engagement elements barb-like designed. He (17) can slip and because of the Numerous corresponding nails of the tips slip-free engage in the carpet 3 so that the tension on this can be transferred.
- the related fixation can again with emphasis after the end of the work To get picked up.
- the tensioning process is done by contraction exercised via the clamping tool S.
- Such Device is for example by the US PS 3,692,278 or U.S. Patent 3,980,274.
- this first tensioning phase shown in FIG. 1 is achieved by partially laying the folded over The end of the carpet, the edge section 3 ', the carpet 3 on the second strip II speak hook tape 6 non-slip fixed so that after relaxing and removing the Clamping tool S the carpet tension applied between the first strip I and the second strip III essentially remains.
- the hook band 6 as a counter-closure element G can, like can be seen from Figure 11, provided with holes L. Corresponding cross sections appear in the holes L. Projections of the base 16 of the clamping tool Be. Holes L and protrusions are in one common raster image. The perforation has also in this respect a meaning when it came to a perfect adhesive bond comes between the hook band 6 and the bottom 2, because air pockets and thus partial neutralization the adhesive effect cannot occur. Draw it there are no dents on the tread of the overstretched Carpet.
- the entire clamping process for a complete room 1 is repeated several times, starting from the center of the room repeated on both sides until the carpet 3 or Carpet is held with uniform tension.
