Claims (18)
- Transport- und Lagereinrichtung mit einer Hubplattform für Lasten, insbesondere für Kraftfahrzeuge, die in über- und nebeneinander angeordneten Stellplätzen ein- bzw. ausgelagert werden, wobei die Hubplattform einen etwa horizontal verfahrbaren und gegebenenfalls um eine Vertikalachse schwenkbaren Lastträger aufweist, der die Last von der Hubplattform an den gewünschten Stellplatz übergibt bzw. von dort zurückholt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hubplattform (5) beim seitlichen Ausfahren des Lastträgers (7) eine leichte Kippbewegung durchführt, die dem beim Ausfahren des Lastträgers (7) entstehenden Kippmoment entgegengerichtet ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kippbewegung allmählich während des Verfahrens des Lastträgers (7) erfolgt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kippbewegung nach Lastübergabe auf den Stellplatz reduzierbar ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kippbewegung beim Auslagern eines Fahrzeuges erst in ausgefahrener Stellung des Lastträgers (7) erfolgt. - Einrichtung, insbesondere nach Anspruch 1,
wobei die Hubplattform (5) mittels an ihren Seiten direkt oder indirekt angreifender Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten (10, 11) vertikal verfahrbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten (10, 11) mit Wegmeßsystemen (12) in Form von an der Kolbenstange (11) abrollenden Reibrädern ausgestattet sind, die als Meßwertgeber zur Steuerung der Verfahrbewegung, vorzugsweise auch der Kippbewegung der Hubplattform (5) dienen. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Wegmeßsysteme (12) auch zur Gleichlaufsteuerung der Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten (10, 11) dienen. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten (10, 11) jeweils über eine Umlenkrolle (13) an einer 180°-Umlenkung eines Zugmittels (14) angreifen, das an seinem einen Ende (14a) ortsfest montiert, an seinem anderen Ende (14b) mit der Hubplattform (5) verbunden ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten (10, 11) als ziehende Zylinder am unteren Ende der Transporteinrichtung angeordnet sind. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß vier Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten (10, 11) an den Ecken der von oben gesehen etwa quadratischen Hubplattform (5) angreifen. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeweils die beiden auf der Ausfahrseite des Lastträgers (7) befindlichen Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten (10, 11) eine relativ zu den beiden anderen Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten höhere Position der Hubplattform (5) anfahren. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Führung der Hubplattform (5) durch ihre Aufhängung an mit den Zylinder-Kolben-Einheiten (10, 11) verbundenen Zugmitteln (14) erfolgt und daß sie lediglich federnde Anschlagrollen aufweist, die mit vertikal verlaufenden Schienen korrespondieren. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Schienen durch an den Ecken der Hubplattform (5) angeordnete Tragsäulen (1-4) der Transporteinrichtung gebildet sind. - Einrichtung, insbesondere nach Anspruch 1 oder 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die an ihrem Randbereich aufgehängte Hubplattform (5) zumindest eine schwenkbar gelagerte Klammer (17) mit zumindest zwei im Abstand schräg gegenüber angeordneten Bremsflächen (18, 19) aufweist, zwischen denen eine ortsfeste Tragsäule (1) vertikal durchläuft und daß die Klammer (17) bei einem abrupten Absinken der Hubplattform (5) selbsttätig in selbsthemmenden Anlage an der Tragsäule (1) verschwenkt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klammer (17) um eine etwa horizontale Schwenkachse verschwenkbar ist und daß ihre Verschwenkung in die Blockierstellung durch ihre Massenträgheitskraft einerseits und Rückfederung der Plattform (5) und/oder Federkraft-Beaufschlagung (22) der Klammer (17) andererseits erfolgt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Statik der Plattform (5) so bemessen ist, daß sie sich unter Eigengewicht um zumindest etwa 5 Millimeter, vorzugsweise zumindest etwa 10 Millimeter durchbiegt. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zumindest an der von der Schwenkachse (16b) der Klammer (17) weiter entfernt liegenden Bremsfläche (18) eine große Masse vorgesehen ist. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine Bremsfläche (19) keilförmig an der Tragsäule (1) angreift. - Einrichtung nach Anspruch 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Klammer (17) in ihrer nichtbremsenden Position durch zumindest eine Führungsrolle, insbesondere zwei schräg gegenüberliegende Führungsrollen (20, 21) an der Tragsäule (1) abrollt.
